Their technical department is not trained well. They answered me "we dont have any firmware update since last year, where did you get the update?"

I download this firmware file to update my nano 3 but now  bricked it and not hashing anymore. I need proper firmware file to update and fix my nano 3.

Not using Braiins pool. I am on Zsolo and Ckpool

I need to update two nano’s. Hope they work well after updates.

I don’t like doing updates with wifi as I live near a military base. When the planes fly overhead they can knock my wifi out.

This forced update is risky for me to do. I have bricked a few other pieces of gear when my wifi got interference from military planes.

last one was an hp printer.

Hello. Since the Firmware upgrade my Password dosen`t work anymore. ISince the Firmware upgrade i can`t write more than 16 characters in the password field. The Miners are hashing. this is all finde, but i can`t log in in the Websinterfac or do some changes in the Remote app. It shows me: password to long.
but before the Firmware upgrade the password did work. And im̀ sure the password ist right.

How long it takes to arrive in US exactly? Its been 16days and UPS tracking says it stuck in "label has been created" ever since.

When I called a UPS about it, they told me to contact Canaan about it because in their end package not sent from Singapour instead its ship from LA and currently package are stuck in LA as they said.

Is this normal when you buy from Canaan?

The device is too sensitive in A and V. It will force to consume volts through amperes and that a hard game for the adapter.

Maybe it will work but will run only under Medium or Low mode only.

The adapter must be definetely 140W, 28V, 5A and apply with PD3.1 protocol version.

Nothing more nothing less to run smoothly.

I had ordered dell 165w charger in the hope that my relative will bring it from USA. I now have only the miner without adapter.

Will the dell 65w adapter work?

No, maybe for low mode, but I'm unsure. I still have a Dell USB-C 165W, unused. What country are you located? If needed, just DM me.
