That's something what the blackrock and even central banks are dreaming but they don't know how to make it and now finally someone who will show them how things should be done.

Roadmap and Timeline
The roadmap for this real estate fractional REIT cryptocurrency token system outlines key milestones and timelines for its development and implementation. By 2024, the tokens will be created on the MintMe website, providing investors with the opportunity to purchase them. In 2025, the REIT fund will make its first property acquisition, marking the beginning of the investment activities. Subsequently, between 2026 and 2027, property rights sharing with investors will commence, allowing token holders to gain full ownership rights based on their token holdings. About funding goals:
First property full condo building should be around
$100 million to $500 million...so that's our goal to collect funds. Once we have whole building we can start giving out apartments to token holders and setting up rent.
Possible location Toronto Canada but it all depends on the legal framework and ease of the process and prices since the property owners have hard time to get people to buy it or rent so depends location we could get good bargains.
And that's what the property funds do they wait for opportunties and buy with their investors funds and early investors have opportunity to own high value property with cheap.
We want to invest from collected funds by our token buyers into btc aswell to keep token value backed atleast some % with btc , pretty much like the banks should do to keep gold on their balance sheet.
Becouse the token itself are without value by default same like fiat currency works it has no value and it's rather inflationary than deflationary.
Well well that's how poor people become wealthy becouse they adapt crypto and super rich knows they can't fight so it's better to join.
And those who don't get into crypto slowly slowly getting poor and more poor and that's why rules and regulations aswell so it get harder for many to join crypto.
