I have that same superstitious belief when it comes to gambling and I saw my unlucky day to be always on Wednesday. I even made a thread about it and I was glad that some gamblers also feel the same way.
Everyday gambling is not healthy though. I still use my weekends for my family and have my Sunday with them going to church and then probably to the mall to eat outside until dinner. We cannot ignore these things when you are a family man and you have responsibilities. Even though we gamble, we must set a date when we can freshen up by staying away from gambling and just relaxing.

2. I just shared my own experience. There are daily expenses that I can skip. I can live without having a coffee on a way to work. I can get it at home, or in the office. Those couple of dollars I spend on it wont change my life. Saving like $2 a day is not a life changer. Sometimes I prefer to spend them on gambling for instance. If I was spending hundreds per day, then it would be a problem. But couple of dollar a day, that is far less than 1% of my salary.
