I agree with you. I think they read the thread posted by sportbet.io about a $50 spin winning over $42 million. That's why they also want to post this kind of story /thread. What you pointed out is the exact reason why I believe this is more of a promotion thread despite some gamblers being truly lucky to win high figures using bucks that are less than 100 USD.
I'm unaware of the user that won big on the above casino but things like this that are not backed with evidence of deposit and the won multipliers are hard to believe for me.

Seems like every casino wants to have their own thread about someone wining a huge amount – But as long as moderators are not moving it to gambling discussions and it does not goes against anything, then it’s fine.

This is the part of your post which makes me think this is about a marketing gag and not actually a real win. Can you give us the winners transaction IDs? Or as other posters here have said: give us verifiable proof please.

It is strange that the casino itself would post a picture of one of their users holding a printed screenshot? Where did they get it from? Why can't they just post it themselves?
