My monthly income is a personal matter that I would prefer not to share. When it comes to gambling, I tend to indulge once or twice a week, which is around eight times a month. My budget for each gambling is at least $10 to $20, depending on my available funds. This amount is enough to satisfy my gambling needs.

I think he refers to monthly income you may allocate for betting but maybe also to the salary,so if he refers to the salary I agree with you that it cannot be asked as it is personal for everyone while if he asks for the amount allocated for gambling monthly we can say that and also the amount of a single bet.Personally I play like 100-200 dollars a month with bets as low as 1 dollar up to many dollars per bet depending on the type of odds and games.

If it's still under 5% of your income I think that's more than enough, besides there's no need to spend hundreds of dollars, I also spend my time gambling on weekends like Saturdays and Sundays so I have two days to gamble sometimes. My budget is around $30 and I split it into two parts, half on casino games and half on sports betting, but it is still enough to finance my gambling, whatever it is, it must be enough for the existing budget and limited properly.

There are still many gamblers out there who don't limit their budget so they continue to pay for their gambling until their money runs out and they go bankrupt just because they keep gambling. Luckily, you only limit your budget and time to gamble well so it's not like the others where they often gamble every day which is possible. they become addicted to gambling without budget restrictions, I am also not too happy to share my income in gambling because it is a very personal thing to share on this forum let alone in public. doesn't seem like much fun either

Usually no one wants to share monthly income in gambling but my average amount per bet is very small. I don't gamble too much because here too much gambling can become addictive and lead to losses that seem impossible to satisfy. Betting once a week or once a month is not more than $10. I keep gambling odds that demand will be higher if I go beyond my limit. It is better to bet with small amounts and if one bets daily then keep a certain amount of money aside and ensure that you do not exceed it.

Theres no designated amount to the minimum bet it's the player's personal preferences regarding how much they will use to wage, capital and when they will play, if you are a responsible gambler you will make your self have limitations to those things but if you don't care to the money at all and have a good amount of money go and play until you can manage. In monthly there's no fix like the same if you have a work, its depends on the number of games and winnings you've made through out the game, losses are still counted but at the end of the day we are counting the profit not the games.

My monthly income is not a stable one but it’s always between $100 minimum and the maximum I have earned a month is about $300 which is adding both my earnings here in the forum which is not stable and my earning from my place of work.

Funding my betting account most times I do find it about $20 which i use for my betting activities through out the month but most times this amount varies sha but I always try as much as I can not to break limit, and any week or month I have enough winnings i usual do play and wager from the winning profit after I might have withdrawn out the larger part of the winnings.

For me I hardly play gamble but when ever I play, I spend about $10 in a month while some times I don't even play up to $5 in a month. I am not a too much fans of gambling.  my income is about $150 per month and am always sceptical of playing gamble in other not to be addicted to an extent of becoming a chronic gambler. Because to make yourself one is easy, but to pull out will require struggles.
Using $10 is enough for you to gamble because I see you don't gamble too often, so that amount can already be allocated $10. You have to be able to stay like that because the temptation of gambling is very strong and can make someone who rarely gambles gamble more often. This is what we must avoid when playing gambling because it can cause gambling addiction, which is a serious problem for every gambler who gambles too often. They must be able to restrain themselves from gambling too often so they don't get addicted to gambling.
My monthly income is completely my personal matter. Which I don't want to share with anyone. I think asking someone's monthly salary is rude.

I think instead of giving the figures it would have made more sense to determine the numbers in percentage.
Many people here spend around 10% of their income in gambling. That is a decent amount I believe.
I don't spend much on gambling but it's around 1% of my total income. Relatively lower than others.

My monthly income is a personal matter that I would prefer not to share. When it comes to gambling, I tend to indulge once or twice a week, which is around eight times a month. My budget for each gambling is at least $10 to $20, depending on my available funds. This amount is enough to satisfy my gambling needs.
I don't think he will expect people to share their exact income which should be a private information. I think putting it in percentage is fine for instance, you could simply say you use 10% of your monthly income for betting and it will make more sense rather than giving the exact figure.

The forum is made up of people from various countries with different income levels, so sharing the exact income might appear odd for people from low income companies. It will surprise you to know that what some people target to win and celebrate is actually what people from high income company deposit to gamble with.

So personally, I ensure I do not go above single digit percentage of my income per month. I have other things I'm putting money in like Bitcoin, so gambling takes the lowest percentage. On the average, it is within 5% of my income.

My budget for each gambling is at least $10 to $20, depending on my available funds. This amount is enough to satisfy my gambling needs.

Yes I understand and indeed income is one of the things that is quite sensitive which of course not everyone can give the amount but maybe there are also those who say the amount but not exactly and maybe they only give an amount that is not too close to the exact number, for this problem it is up to each individual because we also understand that this is a personal matter that is more confidential, but it doesn't matter because maybe I can deduce how much you earn in a month from the amount of allocation you put on gambling. The point is I just hope we all have a good approach to gambling and become responsible gamblers by only putting the amount we can afford to lose, or in the sense of 3% - 5% of the total amount of our monthly income, because with this then we will be able to be calmer in gambling and can prioritize fun or entertainment rather than earning, and also on the other hand with small amounts then I think we are less likely to end up with impulsive gamblers. The bottom line is always be responsible and don't be too pushy if you don't have the budget for gambling activities, because after all there is no compulsion.

Since I am a lottery fan I think we are on the same percentage since I don't need to spend more on it compared to other casino games. 1% is quiet low compared to other gamblers here on this forum so I think this is reasonable for me since I have some priorities rather than gambling.

You have done what needs to be done to try to limit the amount of money you spend gambling. We don't need to use a lot of money to gamble, especially if we don't gamble too often so we can avoid losing a lot. We also don't need to increase the amount of money beyond the amount we have allocated for gambling because that will only increase the risk of losing even greater.

Using $20 is enough for you and me because that is the amount we can afford to lose. And even though that amount will vary because it depends on how much we earn, that's okay because we also have to adjust it to our income so we need to use enough money to gamble.

My monthly income is a personal matter that I would prefer not to share. When it comes to gambling, I tend to indulge once or twice a week, which is around eight times a month. My budget for each gambling is at least $10 to $20, depending on my available funds. This amount is enough to satisfy my gambling needs.

Income discussion is touchy, right? We tread cautiously, respecting everyone's privacy. Know that some issues, like money, are private. However, your gambling technique is unique and smart. Limiting our gambling budget to a tiny fraction of our income makes gambling fun rather than a financial strategy.

Deducting money from gambling habits is intriguing, no? The habit, not the number, is crucial. Responsible gambling requires discipline and keeping to your limitations. This strategy promotes a fun, healthy gambling relationship.

Balance matters. Gambling should add excitement, not ruin our finances. Your 3%–5% rule promotes a profit-over-pleasure mindset, which is excellent. Gambling is like seasoning - just enough can enhance the experience, but too much can ruin it.

You arent that forced on telling your monthly income or not on which it been stated on OP that it would really be just on estimates. No one would really be able to know your identity
at the first place on just knowing your forum account name. This is why sometimes being that too private could really be something that make you a bit paranoid.  Cheesy

My budget for each gambling is at least $10 to $20, depending on my available funds. This amount is enough to satisfy my gambling needs.

Because the most important thing is that we only spend less money than our total income, whether it's a weekly salary or a monthly salary, we must be able to manage it in such a way as not to exceed the gambling limit. The most important thing for gamblers is that they don't mind what they use, even if you use $30 to gamble, I think it's too big, but if you don't mind losing that money to gamble, then it's not a problem, I myself might only use $10-$20 and just use it for sports betting I rarely gamble on casino games.

For someone who has no limits in gambling they will lose money faster because they have no limits on money and time. It is very important to allocate expenses with our time so that we do not gamble every day only once or twice a week so it will not make us experienced large losses due to unlimited gambling.

Maybe the OP just want to know how large the individual bets people places in ratio to their monthly salary. That gives a sense of how much risk the person is willing to do.
Calculating my own betting habits, I seem to be using from 0.3% to 1.5% of my monthly dayjob salary on each sports betting. That enables me betting for about 300 consecutive loss if I don't go raging. For other casino games like dice, crash and poker, there's no minimum I start with but 1.5% would be my largest betting ceiling even for other gambling games. Max betting would allow me just 75 bets before my monthly salary is gone. But the my monthly betting budget is limited to 25% of my dayjob salary.

it's quite difficult to pinpoint how much i gamble in 1 month because it varies, but it's not that much compared to how much money i make in 1 month. i can say that my gambling is not aggressive enough, but other people can say that it is aggressive, because whether it is aggressive or not depends on the person who judges it, for example if i spend 100 usd on my gambling, maybe the person who makes a month is around 200 usd will judge that my gambling is quite aggressive, even though i make 2000 usd in a month, for example like that.

I believe I understood his question accurately. He specifically asked for two separate information. Our monthly income and the average amount we use in betting. While I am unable to disclose my monthly income, I have provided my average bet amount above for reference.

I would like to know your average bet amount and your monthly income.

Exactly, it is hard to calculate the average of how much we spend in gambling (per bet or even per week or per month) because gambling is not something we do regularly/frequently. The question maybe can be answered by those who gamble in regular basis only, for those who do gamble recreationally may not have average amount. Maybe the best question is not about an average amount per bet and monthly income, but about how much is the maximum amount you are willing to spend on gambling based on your monthly income (in percentage).

I think instead of giving the figures it would have made more sense to determine the numbers in percentage.
Many people here spend around 10% of their income in gambling. That is a decent amount I believe.
I don't spend much on gambling but it's around 1% of my total income. Relatively lower than others.
Since I am a lottery fan I think we are on the same percentage since I don't need to spend more on it compared to other casino games. 1% is quiet low compared to other gamblers here on this forum so I think this is reasonable for me since I have some priorities rather than gambling.

I have deliberately kept the budget that low because I cannot afford to lose more than that on entertainment.
I am not rich and I have to meet my goals while still having fun. Hence a tight budget of 1% is what I have kept for gambling.
I stay within the limits and gamble on the weekends with this amount.

Hello gamblers, this is a kind of survey aimed at getting to know my fellow gamblers better, particularly in the context of sports betting. I would like to know your average bet amount and your monthly income.

You don't need to provide exact figures; an estimate would suffice. Through this discussion, we can assess whether we are being too aggressive in our gambling habits or if we are playing it safe with our bets.
I don't think it is even necessary for one to make plans to play gambling every week. having plans of playing gambling every week I wonder how one will be able to manage the amount of money that will be used to play gambling every week, if it will be possible for one to be able to manage the money they put in gambling by playing with a little amount they can afford to lose because having plans in playing steady can turn one to be addictive and too use to gambling.

I don't think it is necessary to draw a budget that gambling will be played in a week with so amount. What I'm trying to say that gambling shouldn't be taking serious that it must necessarily be played on a steady.  Gambling should be played once in a while and if only one is so sure about the game to be play and with a money that is low, that one can afford to lose.
