Hello.. Greetings to you O.P, please I will like to make some enquiry regarding the wager requirements for activating welcome bonus on HugeWin, because I did activated it, made some bets against Manchester City to win against Tottenham yesterday, including other single games, of which I was able to win individual significant amount of money, but when I tried withdrawing my fund, it keeps telling me I need to make the requirements for withdrawal of a welcome bonus. So I will be glad if you can give me a clue. Or is there anyway someone can see his/her wager progress?

Have you read the whole thing before claiming the welcome bonus? There it is explained that you must wagered 50 times To be able to withdraw. In order to request a withdrawal, the bonus amount received must be wagered 50 times, and the principal amount must be wagered at least once. For the Live Casino, this can only be applied to the roulette game. Please note that bets at odds of 1 to 2 and 1 to 3 are not valid, and a maximum of 12 numbers can be bet on.
Hugewin reserves the right to modify or terminate relevant promotions and rules without providing any reason. Additionally, Hugewin may cancel the promotion in cases of abuse.

As I have been the lucky winner of the last contest that Hugewin was running, I wanted to leave some feedback here and let you know about my first impressions.
In my opinion Hugewin.com has a very clean user interface and I am using the sports section mostly. The website is intuitively useable, the colour design is cool and the separation of the picks on the right side and the offerings in the middle is well done. Sometimes there is an overlap of the picks why they are on hold when you are trying to scroll through other offerings for multibets.
The most important part to me was the withdrawal because Hugewin.com always displays your holdings in USD and you can choose which currency you use to withdraw in the end. This is important because I was wondering whether Hugewin.com takes a withdrawal fee or a cut from the conversion rate. I did the calculation and from my experience (which was 1 withdrawal in ETH) I can tell that they pay out 100% of the USD value. I found that positively surprising! I have to add though that I tried BTC first and then it asked me to change the currency. I don't know the reason or mechanics behind it, but the change was done in no time and ETH was paid out with no conversion cost at all.
My first impression is positive and I hope that Hugewin.com will soon return with some more contests as I think it's a great way to make sure people find out and get familiar with a very solid platform.

Not sure if this thread is monitored by anyone from the hugewin team, but is there any particular reason that you no longer support betting on any MMA events? I don't think it was due to lack of popularity, as they must've been more popular than say darts, snooker, or handball. I'm hoping you'll bring them back soon. Just my 2 cents.

You can only contact through their website, or contact via telegram and you can find the link on this casino website. Reason why its hard to trust those inactive casino especially when they don't have any campaigns running then their representative is long time inactive since we don't know if they are still a reliable casino. But he could try to follow your recommendation then see what the representative of that casino would do in his case. If we see them not paying attention to solve his issue then this is great indicator that they are not doing any great service to their gambler and people should avoid them.

And Secondly, what you have said also does not or did not profer any solution to the complainer here, based on what brought up the discussion about telegram, maybe instead of trying to educate me on the difference between a telegram channel and a telegram group (something I need no education on) you would have channeled this energy into coming up with valuable idea on how the complainer here can reach the management of this casino through the same telegram, be it a channel or group that they operate. I wonder why some cryptocurrency casinos tend to take such a route, why should become incommunicado when they still have a running system, it doesn't Make Sense, I had an ugly experience with one of such casinos lately and until now I still have my balance stock in that casino, what was my problem, just mistakes in name arrangement making my withdrawal to get unprocessed, I have been trying to reach the team, but no way and even the support is kin of bot configured, so I gave up on them long ago, so what you guys are saying is right, I don't see a need to have a telegram channel or groups that your customers are not allowed to make comments to complain about any problems with the service, this is a deliberate deprivation. Discussion groups and channels dedicated to making announcements may differ, a casino can have both. They can have one that can be used for several functions including discussions and announcements, but that is up to each business owner. I'm not complaining that they should have it, but something as mandatory as customer support should be optimized to respond to every complaint every time.

The opened group to users is not the same as the announcement group although any information posted on the announcement group will be shared automatically into the discussion group, both serve different purposes for the casino, Many times the reason for the discussion group is for the gambler to share ideas on self-solving problems instead contacting the support for such minimal issues, and also the group is used by the team to take feedback from their community.

Still zero solution, they have confiscated 2 out of my 3 deposits. Not only winnings, but also deposits. Then they are ignoring 30 out of 30 emails over the span of 2,5 months.
Their customer support is NON EXISTING, this website is an absolute SCAM!! Do not deposit your funds in here, they will confiscate it without a reason and ignore all your emails.
