it has played a major role. it's just the SEC approved the ETF at a time when the market had been over-bought already and so those who bought at the top are wrecked. they know the BTC price is about to dive so they approved the ETF. but you could still see it surged to $48k. but those who bought are likely not aware and not watching the chart. its manipulated.

but once the price dipped i think down to $38k, the price may just be coming back up again. some speculations were saying the price could drop to $30k.  i think buying at this price will be better.  people could only hope it will dive that low.

If you started bitcoin journey now then it will take time to get profit because the price is already higher but if you still wants to sell your bitcoin during halving then you can take profit but your profit will not be much greater as that of investors who have bought bitcoin when the price was decreased. If you start bitcoin journey now then I think that it is appreciable and the method of DCA is also very good because with such investment mechanisms your profit will be more.

In current month everyone is buying because everyone has knowledge about coming halving and now the price is little bit lower so they are in hope that as in previous week bitcoin hit the value of 48k$ then there will be no difficulty to achieve such target again.

People are secretly buying but it shows that the selling pressure higher than the buying pressure that is why we are witnessing the little retracement in the market, I believe we can only see this in month of January maybe towards ending or the market might change direction knowing too well that halving is just less than 99 days which i know its something everyone is waiting for.

But still we can't be overwhelmed with the results because no one can predicts the results or what bitcoin would turned out to be by then, after halving we don't just witnessed straight bull run maybe from next year or even though we might see some price changes but it won't be that much till next in my opinion. Buying or involving yourself in DCA is still the best option to increase your portfolio since we can't give accurate answer whether the price still going dipper or increase but to be at the safer side DCA is the right option for now.

Congrats, but I think majority has been filling their bags already since like a year or two years ago and maybe still buying at this point but they have already a good amount in their wallet. Nevertheless, I do agree that this is still a good time to buy, just whatever amount you can to continue to stack sats and HODL and then wait till in grows in value in the next bull run. Definitely the feeling is great once you see it grower during the bull run and maybe you are thinking of what you are going to do with your profits,  . But just don't get excited, just remain patience and calm and as I have said, take this opportunity to save more. So best of luck to you!! Starting to buy gradually and hold long-term, it's a good strategy as long as you can manage it.
You buy and hold Bitcoin, it will be a future asset that gives more profit when the new ATH comes.

Waiting for the 4th Halving as a sign that the engine is started and Bitcoin is ready to launch to the moon,
we all find it difficult to prepare with our bags.

ETFs became a sign to start bullish, but when it happened the opposite was true as it is now.

It is good you started buying early and have accumulated a lot of bitcoin in anticipation for the bull run season. Indeed, you’ll enjoy greatly for being patient and holding to your coins till now that the bull run is approaching. DCAing is one of the best strategy you’ve employed and brought you this far in your accumulation journey, I can’t help to say you’ve done a great work here. Good thing for you mate to feel that way and I think that's just too relevant, up only for this year. Indeed DCA is the best play right now and I don't doubt that we may get a good discount sooner or later for Bitcoin. People may tend to wait for the 30k but that's normal for a bull run to take a little detour.

It is good you DCA before and now willing to go in full and buy the dip. All of the methods are good one and will make you save a lot of bitcoin in your portfolio as you await the bull run season. It is very hard for some people to hold but if you’ve been able to beat that notion of not knowing how to hodl, you’ll bask in this bull run and will earn a lot of profit with how far you’ve come with your accumulation.

We should not wait for the market price to reach 30k because there is no guarantee that the price will be reached, but taking advantage of DCA is the best investment step to buy whenever the market price is correcting because I am sure the market will recover soon at the end of February.

Some market conditions indicate a correction below the price of $40k due to market panic selling high due to the influence of ETF fomo, but indicators of price recovery will recover quickly after the market correction period ends.

With bitcoin currently being around $41k, I guess it is a good time to buy whatever you can while it's still considered cheap. I don't think bitcoin will fall below $40k level though. Anytime soon, it would start pumping again while closely approaching on the next halving. However, the bull run might not appear on the day or after couple of months, but it would most probably going to be around on December or early in 2025, just like every bullrun in past halving occurred.

You are not alone in the DCA method as that have become the best approach for small investors like us. It is actually an amazing strategy that is simple and easy to apply for anyone. What I will not do is to ignore the rules of safe investing because of the greed of becoming reach in the coming bull market. If you buy the hype, there are high chances you will make mistake along the line and regret later. It is goo that you gave taken this bold step to buy bitcoin and using the DCA approach is the best because it gives you the advantage to buy bitcoin at different price interval. However, I am still stashing up my bitcoin portfolio getting ready for the next bull run, but I don't plan to sell it then until I have seen that bitcoin has hit my price target. Another thing that is important is that you shouldn't only focus on the profit aspect alone, even though I know that most of us are investing in bitcoin to make profit. This is because if bitcoin price didn't go as you have planned, it might make you get disappointed and sell of when it is not of your will.

If you buy bitcoins with DCA method then it is possible to buy bitcoins with this DCA method at any time. As this will be a long term hold, DCA method is definitely better to hold for long term. The DCA method saves on buying bitcoins and the risk of profiting later is higher if the price of bitcoins is cheaper than the average price. And I myself have invested in Bitcoin for over a year, allocated for a few years. I have now had success investing in the DCA method and my portfolio has grown.

Lets dance together mate , we are likely to buy and but without hesitance , we are here now trusting the whole process and waiting for the bull either this year or the next , but we do now is accumulating.
there are several things we need to consider and that is more on the Halving and ETF as for those nothing can hinder stopping from maiking ATH sooner.
