Well, it's not bad what you are doing but it would have been much better if you had done it when the price went down to $17K, not now when it is not so far from the highs. If the historical pattern repeats itself the price is not going to break above the previous ATH of $69K until the end of the year or next year, and you are going to see several ups and downs until then, so if that happens I hope you don't get desperate and sell. In any case, better to accelerate purchases now than when the price is much higher.

Don't be overwhelmed and begin to buy irrationally either because you have the feeling that the halving and bull run will turn things around for you since you missed the last halving. Remember not to close your life's savings on it with the hope that the bull run will come instantly after halving. There is a history of taking some time before the halving take effect so your investment should depend on how much longer you can wait so that you don't end up shooting yourself on the leg. Every investment should be with reason and target, so let your target be accurate and don't be too excited not to lose focus.

You think this is the right time to buy Bitcoin, is like you are among those that missed the opportunity last year when the price of Bitcoin decreased to $18,976 that caused many investors to used the opportunity wisely to purchased huge amount of Bitcoin. I think, majority of investors are waiting for the bullish season to appear before they can start selling their Bitcoin to make income from their investment, which we know that bearish season has few weeks before the bullish will take place. Since you just started your Bitcoin journey in this new year, you can still buy Bitcoin, but it will be difficult for you to earn more than those that purchased early last year.

Though everyone was expecting the price of Bitcoin to pump after ETFs approval and since the pump hasn't started yet, a good investor who has a steady income can start buying as much as he can afford now that the price is dipping because the dip simply implies an opportunity to buy and hodl more bitcoins as against the bull market which is expected some months from now after the halving. This dip is just an advantage for people that has been waiting for the price to dip a bit before they start buying. Already, I've hodl a lot of Bitcoins in my portfolio and am even still buying more weekly using the DCA, though I plan to stop buying when the price starts to skyrocket again I'll just leave the ones I've hodl already and prepare for the bull run.

It is not a win for the Bitcoin community because Bitcoin was meant to be a decentralized, P2P currency and over time it's becoming very centralized currency that's easily speculated, i.e. it's price gets easily pumped and dumped by those who have enough power. The last accident of SEC earlier twitter leak is a good proof of that, as the involvement and influence of BlackRock to get Bitcoin ETF accepted despite the fact SEC didn't want to actually approve it.
Bitcoin ETF approval was only good in terms of financial gains as it will attract billions of dollars over time. To be honest, it's hard to say whether halving will have a huge affect on Bitcoin's price or not because ETF should bring enough money to pump it up.

Well, so far the market doesn't seem to be as enthusiastic about the ETF news as you since as we can see not only price didn't go up but it even came down a little. Don't get me wrong, I believe that we will have many bull runs in 2024 but we will also have a lot of disappointments because of the global economy (specifically recession) is terrible and it is affecting bitcoin market.

What did actually ETF bring? Yes, institutional funds is starting to flow but it isnt really that something we can see as of this moment but rather the market did make
out some retracement on which the thing i didnt like. If we do try to look on to those recent events on which they are really that good on manipulating the market on which they did make out some
sudden issues then it did drop the market but ending up on approving ETF which it did make out some moving up in price and then later on then did make out that official statement
then the market did move into the different path.

Coincidence? No it is really just that simply being manipulative and this is i dont like when government or institutions is really that joining up the game. They do really tend to
control on everything on which it is something that they cant really be able to control on.This is why they are making things according to their likes
on somewhat do able to make out such effect on how this market would be moving.

Yes absolutely, that should be the mindset of the people in order to make the most profit from it. Bitcoins are very valuable coin. We need to accumulate as many as we can in order to get the max profit. Now I have seen people here panic a lot before buying. They are always worried about the price. They don’t see the future speculations and hence making lot of mistakes. Nevertheless, the wise people are always buying the coins.

Kudos to you bro, just keep buying if you have not bought it before. But for me who started buying in 2022, I have sheath my sword for now, the market status is not encouraging me to buy yet further. But the best approach is what you are engaging in, the DCAing approach is good when the investor is confused about what the market would do and when the price of the market is somewhat high just as what we see now. You are wise to have to resolve into this.

And by it, you will average your risk and it is for the best. Though Bitcoin can't be too outstanding again when it comes to dangerous buying in multiples, but one can still be smart to buy at a better price which is what the DCA is doing for you. But for me at this point in time, DCA or not, I am not buying anymore, I want the market to decide further. I stopped buying in December last year and for me to have bought in my own little way since in 2022 when I joined the Bitcointalk, I think I have done a lot that no one can say I will miss out in this world cake coming and I hope that halving will not disappoint us this time.

The secret of this is that you buy a lot , the lower the price you have to buy , you have to take advantage of the movement , everyone believed that the price was going to go up , I also believed that, but I have seen that things are getting more Interesting , Everyone believes that is going up and is going down, this is a Fortune.

You better be careful if you're investing now, well I wouldn't mind that much since you're using DCA to buy, because the market is more likely to go more dip, expect more from this and e even beyond.

Then you have to brace yourself for you're going to witness the effect of halving + the Bitcoin spot ETF soon. Don't be hasty on it because we'll get there.

Just wait for several months up to next year and then you'll see the greatness of this market for the bull run that it is going to perform. If you've been DCAing before, keep on doing it because you might regret that you haven't stack a lot.

We've got few opportunities as the time passes by, soon, another halving will come and the lowest price might be higher than what it is today.

Today there is an ongoing price drop in Bitcoin, so it could be quite feasible for everyone to take advantage of it if there is a desire to buy Bitcoin in a downturn. I just saw that the price of Bitcoin was below $41K, which is quite low compared to the price range that Bitcoin has reached this month. And I think something like this won't take too long, so it would be a shame if this opportunity wasn't immediately taken advantage of by everyone.

Approval of ETF has not played a major role in the price movement of Bitcoin and people were expecting much more fromt he ETF approval, regardless let's digest the fact that ETF don't have much affect on Bitcoin but yeah I have started DCA for a while now and that's the only thing which I would be following until the upcoming bull run, doing this only for Bitcoin as don't want to risk the funds with Altcoins at the moment.
