First, there is no investment that is risk-free, be it Bitcoin, Gold, or even land, they have their degree of risk, only that they might be less risky than some investments. But that doesn't mean they are outrightly out of risk. Contrary to what you said, if you buy the land, your money has been converted to it, so there is no need to keep anything in that bank anymore. You don't even have the money again with you.
