What happened::
Quentiin is a member on bitcointalk.org .
He said that he was scammed by beegcoin.

I'm not the owner of beegcoin, but I don't understand why the french moderator attack this platform.

Well, firstly, I have test beegcoin.com, and it works !
I receive my money in 24 Hours.

Quentiin doesn't understand that on this website, you can buy by Paypal the value of bitcoin, trade, and ask withdraw.
Quentiin said that it's a scam, but if it's real, Paypal will block account of Beegcoin. And this is not true
Quentiin is a scam. Don't trust this person.

Quentiin is a friend of Davout.
Davout, the french moderator are not correct. He is one of the owner of bitcoin-central exchange.
Well he delete, he attack all competing websites.

If Quentiin said true, He will be It would been refunded by paypal and would open a dispute on Paypal.com .
Quentiin try to scam beegcoin.com, not the reverse.
