Hey I was happy with Kucoin for a long time but now they are useless (for me) because KYC is required. I tried Margex yesterday but that's the wrong way, I only need 1 to 1 exchange no 5x or 100x stuff. now I try fixedfloat but 1% fees is too much, and I also don't understand when I exchange BTC why they charge 30 USD but I'm the one sending the BTC! ?
I see many services here on the board, but I need a service that is trustworthy.

How are they useless? You can not because a centralized exchange requires KYC say that the exchange is useless. Kucoin is still one of the most reputable exchanges so far. ?

Most exchanges that did not require KYC in the past are now requiring for KYC. The ones I remember last that did not require KYC are MEXC and BitMart. But I read somewhere that MEXC is now requesting for KYC but I am not that sure about that. BitMart has certain limit you will withdraw that they will ask for KYC. Read their KYC withdraw limit for non KYC custom. You may find yourself going for lower ranked exchanges if you need no kYC centralized exchange. Or you can try to use decentralized exchanges derivative market like Pancakeswap

now I try fixedfloat but 1% fees is too much, There is a 2nd option there, 0.5% where the amount you'll receive will depend on fluctuations, it will be like a market order in the spot market. and I also don't understand when I exchange BTC why they charge 30 USD but I'm the one sending the BTC! ?
Who do you think should pay the fees and who should receive them?

I mean if i send USDT and get BTC i pay 0,5 - 1% fees to fixedfloat + the fees for BTC network that i got the BTC. If i send BTC to get USDT in ETH Network i pay the ETH Fees and the regular 0,5 - 1% fees but i pay more to fixedfloat, i pay also fees for BTC but why? i mean if i send i already pay fees for the sending of btc. I check Trustpilot for BitMart and MEXC it have really bad reviews in last time? how can i find out if i can trust a plattform? is here any topic for BitMart where i can read about it?

How can you trust anyone's reviews when choosing an exchange? If I, for example, write that I have not had any problems with MEXC, and someone else writes that his account was blocked on this exchange, who will you believe? You can be told which exchanges work without KYC, but you have to choose for yourself. P.S. BTW, on MEXC, withdrawal for unverified users is 30 BTC per day. Will that be enough for you? If not, you will have to go through KYC.

Are you asking for leverage or regular crypto trading? You won't find any centralized exchange that is doing no-kyc fiat trading, but there are few more left with crypto only trading if you are willing to take the risk. Poloniex, mexc, coinex and few others didn't have strict kyc last time I checked, but I see they also started to make changes because of new regulations. There are good alternatives like PeachBitcoin, Bisq, Agoradesk, Exch, Robosats, etc. but do your own research.

Have you ever tried it? The general swap practice is to take fees (network and services) from the coins you own, which in your case is bitcoin. You'll not be charged any more fees in ETH because you're a USDT (erc20) recipient. Fixedfloat is a bot but they're centralized, so they may charge higher fees than the network recommends.
I just checked my old safepal wallet, apparently they've been connected to some other exchanges like Bingx and Mexc to use their swap feature without KYC. The service fee is only a flat 0.2%, excluding network fees (out-in).

Because every on chain transaction requires a miner fee which as you may have guessed with the name, goes to the miners. Some exchanges though inflates their withdrawal fee, I'm just not sure with fixedfloat since it's an instant exchange and how much in percentage. In any case, most exchanges will ask you to pay for it. If you're looking for instant exchanges, try exch.cx as they're pretty transparent with the network/miner fee. I check Trustpilot for BitMart and MEXC it have really bad reviews in last time? how can i find out if i can trust a plattform? is here any topic for BitMart where i can read about it?
To be fair, all, if not most reputable custodial exchanges have poor reviews on trustpilot. To name a few: Bybit - 1.9 overall score Binance - no overall score but 66% is made up of 1 stars Coinbase - 1.5 overall score Kraken - 2.0 overall score Kucoin - no overall score but 76% is made up of 1 stars For starters, ignore trustpilot, it's not as reliable as you think. We recently had a discussion about mexc, check it out: Opinions on Mexc GLobal

When did you do this transaction? Maybe it was during the time that the fees are quite high. They usually give a warning on red font before doing the transaction when the fees are absolutely high. They don't charge $30 but they have that commission for every trade that you make there and that's why you can choose a fix or floating rate.

It's even a misnomer to call these centralized exchanges KYC-free. They aren't KYC-free. Although a few centralized exchanges offer certain limits to non-verified users, this doesn't mean users are guaranteed that they won't ever be asked to comply KYC for as long as they stay within their limits. They can still be required to pass KYC anytime, even if they don't go beyond their non-verified limits. Surely, these centralized exchanges like KuCoin, MEXC, and others can't be categorized with legitimate KYC-free exchanges like AgoraDesk.

central exchanges begin by not requesting much data, mostly just the email and sometimes the username, with a100 bitcoin per day. As time goes by, the service expands, and regulatory pressures increase, they will be forced to make it have KYC restriction, so that it becomes 50 bitcoin, then 10, then 10k, then 1000 dollars, and then you cannot do anything and only withdraw is available. Therefore, all central services that you will use in the future will have a similar story. Currently Poloniex and MECX do not ask for a lot of data, but things will inevitably change in the future and the change will be rapid. Use them now with small amounts and keep in mind that they may ask you to complete KYC at any time.

I just hope that agoradesk won't be changing their terms with what they are right now as they're loved by the community and remains to be as they are right now. Why? because some said to be decentralized have became semi-decentralized to centralized, I forgot that name of known dex years ago that have reverted its way from being a dex.

I have been using MEXC for a while now and when I log in it says that I should do a KYC before I do spot or future trading. There is no clear answer to questions in the chat. But what also surprised me is that Kucoin is specified as the sender for transactions. Could it be that MEXC is a subsidiary of Kucoin and is now also subject to regulation? Do you know anything else besides Poloniex? I will definitely test it but the no KYC exchanges are disappearing more and more.

Kucoin & MEXC headquartered in Seychelles, so there may have been an update in the legislative regulations of that country. CEXs necessarily require KYC, but the only difference is that some of them are located in countries that are not strict in legislative regulations, so they set limits such as 100 Bitcoins for withdrawal per day and do not require you to deposit in dollars.

You can try HTX, their level 1 KYC only ask your country, your name and your birthday, you can withdraw up to 5BTC/24 hours. It's strange that MEXC ask you to complete KYC before you trade, why you not try to use wallet that has built-in exchange like SafePal? I've successfully trade multiple times without need to submit KYC.

In any case, MEXC is def switching to mandatory KYC, rip. Well, we all expected this at some point. But what also surprised me is that Kucoin is specified as the sender for transactions. Could it be that MEXC is a subsidiary of Kucoin and is now also subject to regulation?
Just a guess but they could be getting some liquidity from kucoin 🤔

Do you know anything else besides Poloniex? I will definitely test it but the no KYC exchanges are disappearing more and more.
I'm not aware of the relationship between KuCoin and MEXC, but don't expect too much from centralized exchanges offering non-KYC services. They're only non-KYC until they require you to go through it. You'd be disappointed because you already have funds in your account and they're held hostage, but it might actually happen anytime. You should know that right from the start. Whether MEXC is offering non-KYC services or not isn't the issue because KYC and AML have always been part of their ToS. The same with KuCoin. The same with Poloniex. The same with all centralized exchanges. You can try the exchange at my signature. I have been using for a years and didn't encounter any issues. Use my link and you will get 2% rebate on every trade in exchange for it. Are you promoting BingX? It doesn't have a good track record either. And don't be like them; don't mislead people in believing they can use such services without ever complying KYC. "By creating an account on BingX, you agree to share personal information requested for the purposes of identity verification." [1]
