With all the important thing in trading (buy and sell), you should double check it's reputation before dealing, or at least make  deal in a reputable user nothing or else you will just risk losing your money.

Move this on Scam accusation board and follow this format. Include all necessary proofs that you have, screenshots and chat logs.

Considering that your account is still quite new in this forum, most of us probably wouldn't tag their accounts without concrete proof ^{[I believe everything took place in Telegram, so you might want to export the chat history and upload it to a website like MediaFire instead]}.

I am going to tag the accounts involve but it would be nice if you posted screenshots of the chat between you and the scammer.
That being said, please do not deal with accounts that have no reputation at all in the forum. At least use an escrow service if you must deal with them.

You have been scammed, that’s how they act. I bet he had already blocked you and removed all the conversation. Use escrow next time, or better still buy from reputable people here

Sorry for your loss OP. Just consider it a lesson learned as I don't think there is any way to get your money back, sorry!
Tagging him will certainly help warning other members but it won't stop him. He will just abandon those accounts and create a new ones.
Next time, avoid dealing with newbies who have no reputation and always use an escrow. Also, and most importantly, do not trust sellers who lock their topics with no reason.

To OP, what exactly is this user trying to scam you for? And what seeking donations means? Is that where you are going to be giving donations or soliciting them per individual?

Yes, a screenshot of the text messages or a video proof is much better (as anyone just write a fake chat to destroy anyone reputation).

It's hard to get money back for those whom are already scammed by him and he has nothing to lose (just a newbie throwaway account).

Another thing to note is that ALIMWENZA locks the thread immediately after listing his services which is a first sign of a scammer as he would not want people to write bad feedback on his thread. Better do not deal with those who lock their thread thus avoiding the conversation and feedback on the forum.

Umm... I think screenshots of those conversation is enough for now, given many signs points to OP's accusation being justified. A video recording of those screenshots [although welcome] seems a bit excessive.

Not the screenshots ^{[SS can easily be manipulated]}, but the actual conversations between the involved users... Although it might appear to be a bit excessive at first, such recordings ^{[blckhawk's suggestion]} are probably the best route for providing concrete proof.

• You might want to create a type 2 or 3 flags ^{[also known as the scammer flag (read "Trust flags")]} on those two accounts ^{[with enough support (+3), it'll be activated and the scammer in question would get a "red warning" on top of all of his/her threads while also getting another "warning" on his/her account]}!
  
  

  • Steps: Go to their trust summary page > Scroll down to find the "add a flag" button ^{[it's located at the end of the negative feedback description]} > Choose the appropriate type, then proceed to the next step ^{[the rest is self-explanatory]}.

Thanks for taking your time to record the conversation, and I can confirm that it's indeed the same as what you had post earlier on. I am going to tag the accounts. Please follow what SFR10 suggested regarding the type 2 or type 3 flags. We shall support them. In a meantime, I am going to create type 1 flags on the involved profiles.
