(RESOLVED) sportbet.one Has Scammed me out 2000$

I’ve seen a lot of other posts about this website after the fact. This is basically the same story as a ton of others. A few days ago posited $200 into the account and I used their 125% bonus. I don’t have the roll the bonus over when I finally completed the bonus rollover, the website, then stated that I was doing minimal bets to roll it over. I was Playing slots, Betting $130 a spin on roulette, I placed a bet on LSU -3.5 for 800$ i hit that, i then placed two $400 bets on Live betting Duke +10.5 and then the line ran to +17.5 so i took that as well. After this hit i completed my bonus. My account was sitting at $2000 . All of a sudden my money disappeared and the bonus stated it was being completed. So i opened up a live chat and the person stated that i was making “Minimal Bets” so They proceeded to cancel the bonus take all the money in the account and disable the chat box. I’ve sent them several emails , but no response.  Stay away from Sportbet.one! They are known for this. I wish i would have known this sooner.

Why did you continue using the site after seeing other several scam accusations?

I also suggest you create a proper scam accusation with all the evidence/proof supporting that you get scammed.

Just curious, do they have a rule against this? I find it ridiculous if they do, I mean even if you are actually doing minimal bets you are still betting and risking your money. But then again, it is in a casinos best interest to keep everything in their favor.

I have photos and time and dates of deposits. I was trying to find some way to recover my chat log , but i can’t even click the button any more. Also my dumbass didn’t even think to look them up until after this happened .

Their Minimal bet clearly states the same game 2 out comes so you can’t loose . Basically red and black on roulette, or player and banker on baccarat. Or if you bet both sides of a spread on a game. I did none of these. They are so fast to let you play out the whole bonus , but when it’s time to pay out they just say “o no we can’t pay you “ “Here’s your deposit back” .

I will deff gather as much as i can from deposit all the trans actions up until the bonus cancellation from them.

I may be wrong, but I think what they refer as minimal bet was that, literally, placing the bet at the lowest possible allowed by the game. Though it's logically their fault and gamblers are allowed to play with what's offered as a wagering option for them, there are actually some bugs that allows this "minimal bet" to be manipulated, as depicted on this old case.

So basically, the gambler placed the smallest allowed amount to be wagered. If he won, he'll be credited with the winning. If he lose, though, due to a rounding error, he'll still be credited a fraction of the fund.

if you lose the money from the beginning, its just thanks for playing. this is why it's necessary to do the research first before depositing. i wonder how you find the casino where it's not well promoted here.  but which is which you get your initial deposit or they also took it?

First of all , sorry about your experience but is this the first time you are playing the online gambling website? If yes, did you read their terms and conditions before you began deposited money and started playing to understand the rules that were not clear enough? I know that there are some gambling websites that are very terrible and they intentionally bring up some bogus rules when as a way to frustrate the gamblers once they see that they have made a massive win. Since they have cut off all communication channels, you have to let this one go. Sorry about this experience once again.

I carefully read sportsbet.one's deposit bonus terms and their general terms and I couldn't find anything about "minimal bets". So, this excuse doesn't make any sense and it's not a valid reason to void your winnings.
However there is this clause in their terms which they may use against you:

All bonuses with the completed wager will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. Sportbet.one reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits.

But they still need to provide a valid reason why the audit failed.

So i received an email back today from a rep at sportbet.one which says

“Hello,

Our company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the promotion at any time, as well as to cancel the bonus balance and winnings received during the conversion of the bonus (in particular, when using any strategies to meet the bonus wagering requirements, as well as abuse of the bonus mechanics).

It seems like they can just say “ o this guy must have been using a strategy to make his money , let’s cancel his bonus he’s playing way to good”


 Also tomorrow i will make a post with all the photos i have and photos of the email from them. Also if i would have known that a bonus could be voided for no reason at all i would have just played with my normal money and opted out of the bonus.

It's actually recently "promoted" by a bumping service, OP probably stumbled upon them during those horde of meaningless posts.

Umm... this is a scam accusation board.

So i received an email back today from a rep at sportbet.one which says

“[...]"

It seems like they can just say “ o this guy must have been using a strategy to make his money , let’s cancel his bonus he’s playing way to good”


 Also tomorrow i will make a post with all the photos i have and photos of the email from them. Also if i would have known that a bonus could be voided for no reason at all i would have just played with my normal money and opted out of the bonus.

Did you, by any chance, utilize the betting method I mentioned above?

I woke up this morning and honestly was surprised to see my account was funded with the full amount of $1781. They know they messed up somewhere and solved the issue. Believe me if i would have done something against their bonus terms i would have said “ that’s on me” . Thank you For fixing this mistake.

Ok, this is a quick one. I was about to update my list and marking it as "invalid" while waiting for you to submit the supporting evidence, and it got resolved. Guess that indeed solves what I should write on the list.
