There are several... If i'm not mistaking binance and kraken allow you to withdraw to your lightning wallet... Never tested it myself tough.
The exchange in my signature also allows you to do this (untested aswell)

You can find a few of them on the following " lightning network stores directory" but considering I've never tried any of them, I can't vouch for them [kindly DYOR before trying any of them]! - You might see some outdated results, but it's a good starting point. |

Kraken supports LN withdrawals. But you'll need either a custodial wallet (not recommended for larger amounts), or your own LN wallet with enough incoming capacity.
As an alternative, you could use an instant exchange to convert a low-fee altcoin to Bitcoin LN when needed.

I think you should find enough fiat to bitcoin orders on Robosats.com exchange but better use Tor browser and their official onion link. Using bank accounts to buy LN Bitcoin is not something I would do, since LN is mostly used for spending small amounts of sats. |
