I don't like a site that didn't give a choice to explore without need to sign up or connect a wallet, I can't see anything except the terms and other information about your sites.

Is there a provably fair verifier? I didn't find it, this is important for gambler to know how legit the game is.

Someone mentioned that they're using chainlink VRFs right now to get randomness so if you want to know how provably fair it is, it's best to check out Chainlink's VRF docs here: https://docs.chain.link/vrf

The site is working fine on my end, it is very responsive and fast.  Try to refresh the page and see if it will fix the issue.  Also, check your connection by pinging the site using cmd.  See if you encounter connection losses.

I was on mobile therefore I couldn't ping it but I used isitdownrightnow.com and it said it works fine. I just re-checked just now and it's working. I'm sure the problem was on my end, thank you for your help.

Ideally platforms allows you to withdraw anything below $10,000 which hovers around 5 ETH or thereabout, anything other than that triggers the standard kyc procedure, this is a standard operating procedure for regulated platforms but since this is web3 i think there might be another way of withdrawing tokens valued at more than 5ETH price considering the volatility of the blockchain space.

The MetaWin site does not require a VPN when I access it using the Mozilla browser or when I access it using Chrome.
For me, that's perfectly okay.

Connecting directly to web3 wallet is easier. Another option, users can access via email listed below the choice of three types of wallet [Metamask, WalletConnect and Coinbase]. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hopefully they have a plan to add an option for players to create an account because not all players like this type of gambling sites where players need to connect their wallet including me.
I cant even see what games are available in this casino, I accessed the casino through the provided link and it redirects me to the competition page and I cant find where to see the list of the available games.

you can "create an account" or sign up on their gambling site using an email address. doing this would not automatically connect your wallet to their website, and if you don't want to connect your wallet and want to use BTC to gamble, they have a BTC payment option.

I regularly like to try new casinos, and I got impressed when I saw the phrase "The First WEB3 Casino" which made decide to enter your topic and maybe play some slots, the problem is i couldn't find any slot even though you promoted it on this topic, maybe it didn't start or it's me who didn't find it. Anyways, the casino requires a Dapp connect to a Metamask wallet or else, and I think it's important to publish the auditing of your smart contracts even though it's easy for players to detect if there's anything wrong and an extra access to our wallets before giving it permission.
Moreover,  the features you are offering (crypto, NFTs, Winboxes) are few to satisfy gamblers, it's better and if possible adding sots, sportbook and original games such as Plinko.

One last thing, a casino with KYC can not be considered a typical web3 casino so you may take some reconsiderations promoting the casino as Web3 while requiring KYC process.

I am newbie with sol and i have only used phantom browser addon for loggin into sol web3 sites. And maybe i don't just see it, but i can't see any way to connect with sol, so i am assuming that we are we supposed to use  sol that's wrapped to erc20? Or are there any plans to include arbitrum or polygon layers to reduce fees?

Also i am assuming that i can have multiple accounts in here? Because i just registered with wron email that i don't have access to even though i didn't get to click confirm email.

I don't think a review campaign is necessary since you can always check reviews on Trustpilot or other reputable review sites. To be fair, Both accusations is merely sounds a scam accusation but rather a butthurt review from gambler that can’t accept loses. They are both accusing that game or the competition is rigged without any evidence supporting. Probably they are just using their lose experience to create this negative review.

Also this review is on trust pilot which we all know that is popular place to put a fake review. They should file an official complaint on website like AG and CG if they are really serious with their testimony.
