You were so lucky to get that much with Plat 1 stake account, I got $100 with my Plat 5 stake account (I believe I filled the form not long time after you did it).
Lucky for me that I could withdraw more than $500 from the $100 they gave, but I'm still confused with the email they sent to me after I received the $100 as they told me that I'm not eligible for the VIP transfer promo.
The reason why I'm not eligible as they informed me in the email is that because I have funded my metawin account before.
I've played here before few months back and made 1-2 deposit IIRC before I tried this VIP transfer.
I'm not complaining though because I made a nice profit already, maybe I'd have complained if I did not receive anything with the above mentioned reason in the email.

Is the cyber truck that they give away bullshit too? Or AI deepfake? They aren't scared of 100k withdrawal, they had a problem and they needed to fix it. What if someone was trying to launder money? Would you take the responsibility? They fixed the problem and now withdrawals are alive. I think we should make assumptions too quickly without analyzing the situation.

That's what I guessed, there must be something wrong with the VIP transfer validating/verification system.
Your case and my case are example for it because as I said previously that I received $100 on my account while they emailed me that I'm not eligible for the VIP transfer.
Your case is different as you received 2x reward and they still ask you to provide more details for your request.
By the way, anyone experiencing login issue by email? I cant login since yesterday because I do not receive login link as usual although I tried it many times since yesterday.

Yep, they have closed the VIP transfer window for now. MetaWin team have also said that they will re-open it again. I think it is not about the budget, and the number of days. A lot of requests were made in the short time frame. Because, gambler jumps in when free money is offered by any casino.

For me, there's 50:50 chance that offering VIP transfers could be beneficial for online casinos because some of those who avail of it might only want the bonus transfer and won't remain loyal or continue playing at the casino offering the VIP transfer. But for me, I think it would be different for Metawin because my experience with Metawin was smooth gaming experience and instant withdrawals. These are the only two features I look for in an online casino (of course monthly and weekly bonuses).

I guessed the suspension of VIP transfer program relates to budget for it or perhaps the team need time to observer what they get from approved transfered VIP members and if their assessment is positive, they will re-open it.

If it becomes too popular on many platforms, it can be exploited by users and they simply apply for transfers and enjoy some initial benefit after the VIP transfer, then they might switch back to their previous platforms. Your point is correct but what I think @xlays simply trying to say here that some VIP especially high VIP level on other casino will just play due to bonus offered for this transfer program since they are already heavily invested on their account with other casino that’s why he mention the 50% chance of converting this VIP player to stay loyal.

On the other hand, Metawin is confident enough that this new transfer VIP will stay due to their promotion offered in the casino not to mention those tournaments and VIP benefits that has high value of rewards compared to other casino.

Established casino usually decreases their rewards when they are already settled on building their loyalty user. I think Metawin target are those VIP players that already done to the new adjustment of rewards on established casino which this program is very beneficial.

In my perspective yes.

Example in BK8, they have weekly promotion called (REVOLUTION Promotion) is based the VIP Level. The good things about these promotion, is based the total money you're deposit. In my rank, I got maximum get 100$ with around 1000$ total deposit (waggering only 10x).
If METAWIN can handle the momentum, not just VIP bonus but also a few things promotion for these new member. I'm sure they can bring some of member who are willing to spend/waggering on their casino.

As far as I can see, the reason why there were so many requests because they offered something really good earlier which is free money just by showing user's VIP account in other casino without any other requirements. I guess metawin realize their mistake then add the deposit requirement after they received so many requests. Lesson learned for metwain and also other casinos, VIP transfer may give free money but there should be strict requirement to make it more effective program. At least give the reward once the users are showing that they are willing to be active players in the casino. For example, the reward is given once the users wager specific amount after they requested the VIP transfer.

I would have made it a stipulation that the applying user at least has some sort of high level somewhere with a minimum wager of for example 500k or even better 1 million.
