As the cases of fraud are on the increase in Nigeria I am not left at as a victim. Sometime ago my phone was stolen with my opay  POS terminal and out of ignorance I couldn't help myself in blocking their account therefore my account was compromised my funds wiped off and moreso a loan was processed on the account which was approved to them and immediately withdrawn before I could block the account when I contacted opay I was made to understand the activities on my account.
some requirements were to be presented which warranted me to go and get a police report, a court affidavit and other documents to support my claim hoping that the loan will be cancelled and offset from my account and  may be I might be awarded a new pos  terminal for a subsidize price to my greatest  surprise, I was asked to pay a huge amount of money I didn't eat or enjoy having loosed my property like laptop, phone and POS terminal including my own personal funds was compelled to pay a loan I did not take who asked them to provide loan quickly? after my own property and money was missing. Mind you. I am an agent who has been working for opay, for every transaction I run, there is a percentage that opay charge.
so my question is this, I'm  I supposed to pay such debt?

Thank you very much bro, because wattin the op do no make sense at all. We support active posters for this local board oo, but make the thread creation no be the way you make these ones now. How only you go drop 4 thread within 2 to 3 minutes difference e no make sense na. Abeg make you reduce you pressure and save it for another time. And the worse part na be say the threads them wey you create all of them na off topic, try make you because quality thing about Bitcoin, and from there merit go come. Simple answer; Yes. You supposed to pay the loan as nah your name dey and profile dey for the loan way your scammers/theif collect so on an interpersonal business level in no concern Opay whether nah you personally take the laon or not. My advice be say just find ways take pay the loan and try dey careful next time not to repeat your mistake.
