What does BTC mean to you?

Some may say freedom others  say hope in a world of restriction, love to hear your responses.

To be honest, my purpose in choosing bitcoin is profit, seeking financial improvement more than any other purpose. And as you said, many people will talk about the freedom, privacy and decentralization that bitcoin brings. But I'm pretty sure that up to 99% of investors choose bitcoin for profit, for money without any assets or tools to help them do that.

That's why I always say, if bitcoin has no ability to generate profits and is only used as currency, how many people will use and stick with it until now?

To me, bitcoin means wealth that can be achieved through risk and time. Being that is not an easy venture many lost while other gain from bitcoin. Bitcoin can only be merited when you have proper understanding of it. If you come across people that are living well from bitcoin,  it will entice you to invest even without proper knowledge.

At first what do you think bitcoin is all about, because if you have known the important of Bitcoin you will not ask a random question concerning Bitcoin again secondly you have to understand the importance of Bitcoin and why Bitcoin is being into a existence before you come into bitcoin talk, from everyone understanding bitcoin is a digital currency that have to do on it form without government pressure and the government control, it is a digital fund that stand on its own without the control of government as I said initially.

The objective of Bitcoin is to make life easier for intercontinental transfer of fund and also for better investment and the acceleration of the investment in different dimensions, many other people here have their own evolution and theories of Bitcoin based on their own understanding of meaning of Bitcoin and the functionalities of Bitcoin, so everyone have it concept to render as a definition of Bitcoin from its own perspective.

For me, bitcoin is the key to a brighter future. I am actually struggling in life before I came to know bitcoin, but when I started learning and eventually engage myself in bitcoin investment and activities, honestly, it brings a lot of incredible changes in my life, and hopefully in the future. The only time I felt a total control over my funds is only with Bitcoin, and it gives me that freedom and investment opportunity that comes with ease. To me, BTC means financial freedom where money is no surprise. Most of the people like this Bitcoin, and they only invest in BTC to earn more money. I have been able to earn good money from here because I have invested more money from my little money, that's why I love Bitcoin the most. Bitcoin is a powerful currency that has gained popularity worldwide as a store of value.

Learning about bitcoin helped me for a lot of time, and teach me how to be financially responsible. I'm not sure if you can really make a profit every month, but so far I haven't been able to make that kind of profit every month because of price volatility. Sometimes the price rises high in one month, while the price falls and corrects in the following month, it makes the value of the total investment fluctuate which is unlikely to make the holder consistently make profits.

Bitcoin in concept is a decentralized currency, but in practice bitcoin tends to be considered an investment asset that allows investors to get returns in both the short and long term. Of course, many people have changed their fate after getting to know Bitcoin and they have reached the top level, but that is not the main purpose of bitcoin's birth.

It sounds like bitcoin is some kind of insurance company or hedge fund.

Is bitcoin insured in any way so that in case of unforeseen circumstances you will be compensated for losses? There are no guarantees of market value (price drops), and also that you will not lose seed phrases and backups of this.

I'd have to go with the popular understanding that Bitcoin, gives freedom from the shackles of centralized fiat currencies in the world, you can carry out your Bitcoin p2p transaction with another person who has a crypto wallet, without any third party interference. In my country our local fiat currency is depreciating everyday, and people's money that they've saved in the bank for a long term have drastically devalued, the same amount is still in the bank, but it's now valued far lower than it's worth 2 years ago, with Bitcoin the value will keep increasing. So again Bitcoin, is one of the best investments that I can invest in, because it a valuable asset that has the potential to keep increasing in value as the years goes by.

Lately it became more like a hope than an actual freedom.  Do not get me wrong.  You will ALWAYS be able to spend and receive Bitcoin no matter how harsh restrictions are in your country.  But in the very extremist and hopefully impossible situation where countries decide to take extremely strong action against Bitcoin and induce fear into citizens even contemplating using it, it is not very helpful that Bitcoin can still be used freely.

Trading Bitcoin in countries where Bitcoin is legal is very easy to trade in Bitcoin currency. The freedom to earn Bitcoin is different. But Bitcoin is not legal in countries like ours, we have to do Bitcoin transactions by ignoring their law and order or government. We cannot openly buy and sell anything with Bitcoin. Maybe if we consider it in this direction, of course if bitcoin is legal we can do bitcoin transactions independently. But even though Bitcoin is illegal in our country, we are not facing any difficulty in doing Bitcoin transactions because law enforcement or the government is not that strict. However, if Bitcoin is legal in the country, it is expected to get a different opportunity.

Hi, BTC to me is a cryptocurrency used in digital transactions.  It is a decentralized currency based on blockchain technology and people use it for worldwide transactions
BTC is a strong cryptocurrency , BTC  will become legal asset in coming days.

Bitcoin is both currency and investment tool for me.
It is also my way to save up my money so that I would avoid on spending my earnings on unnecessary items, or prevent me from overspending.
Due to the high transaction fee whenever I want to cash out or convert my Bitcoin into cash when I want to buy something the fee from transaction is my best reminder to hold it.
And wait for my cash or salary instead of using my investment to buy it.
