There are many things that sometimes interfere with my concentration in implementing this challenge, especially when my schedule is so busy in the real world that I don't have much time and energy to do it even though I have divided it into many sessions for push-ups. sometimes I do only 50 or less of them so I don't complete the challenge perfectly.
Are there some people who keep reporting their push-up results, after previously being able to achieve 100 pulls every day and then after a few days they can't achieve that again and can't make it to the maximum? I feel sometimes embarrassed to do it, but that's what's bothering me right now.
