I'm also actually confused by what you mean above, a little don't understand what you're asking, but as far as I know, all gamblers play at risk, it doesn't differentiate between rich or poor gamblers, they take risks when gambling, unless they avoid gambling, it means they don't play at risk. Any kind of gambling always has risks, so what do you mean by rich gamblers or poor gamblers who have to take big risks, what do you mean by winning big, who takes the most risks?

In my view, rich gamblers very rarely think about the risks of their gambling, so it's not surprising that you see many rich gamblers who don't run out of money, let alone make themselves poor just because of gambling, on average they use the money they have or don't use to gamble and have fun. So, if they win big, they see it as just a reward and bonus and if they lose, they won't use any other money, which will make them poor, let alone bankrupt, because they must be good at managing money properly. The only benefit for the rich is that if they win, the money will be way higher than if a poor person wins, it's true that the higher you risk the bigger your reward, but to sensible gamblers like me, we need to cut our clothes according to our sizes, if Jeff is risking $2000 on gambling every week I don't have to do the same, I can't afford to lose $2000 every week, the max that I can afford now is $20, if I keep losing $20 every weeks it won't do a thing in my body, it won't affect my real life expenses, it won't affect my responsibilities.

Poor people risk more IMO. Why? Despite their situation and only having a small income, they still manage to risk some amounts into gambling hoping for their lives to be changed instantly. I do not agree with this. In gambling, we set some rules for ourselves for us not to regret that we know about gambling. Both rich and average should be able not to go against the rules if they do not want to regret. Gambling is fun if you make it fun and not see it as a means of making money. Both have same risk but the only problem with poor people is they have limited chance to earn or recover since they only have less amount to spend. But also for rich gambler they can lose a lot of money but they can extend their time playing since they have a lot of money to use.

None of them should, they should not risk their money, to get more money, gambling is not a cash cow and it's risky for both of them, they could end up penniless because rich or poor people there's an inherent risk, people should have a limit on how they gamble and the risk they are going to take depends on their capacity and capability.

Rich people may have all the money but it only takes a few nights to lose everything, same with the poor people, we should not play more than we can afford to lose an we should not use the word risk as part of our gambling activity rather its better to use the word enjoy whenever we are playing.
