I was thinking this way before but I have come to realise that this is not entirely correct because their are people that do not even have enough money to meet their needs let alone think about gambling. I think poor gambler or rich gambler both need to manage risks well, because no matter how rich you are, you can lose everything because of gambling if you play thoughtlessly and without any discipline. The difference here is that poor gamblers have to put more effort into controlling their accounts, you have to manage small amounts of money, then when you have a lot of money you can manage them, this is the basic principle.
In my opinion, risk is when you accept to play with more money than normal but still within your analysis, not recklessness without thinking, leaving it to chance, which I see many people make wrong about this. Therefore, accepting risks or not depends on each time and each individual game, not on whether the person is rich or poor.

In my opinion, the poor shouldn't risk anything at all because they definitely can't afford to do that. Imagine earning $200 a month, having expenses above $200, and still gambling with that money. What's the need for that? Try to find extra sources of income, work harder, earn more money by working hard, and don't try to become rich overnight from gambling because that doesn't happen to everyone. Yes I agree with you and think that people who want to gamble must know the risk of gambling very well. Both should know how to control their fund, they don't need to increase the amount that they are risking, they should know that they should only risk the amount that they could afford to lose.

There are many other professions to eradicate poverty why we choose gambling as a profession instead of choosing them. If we work somewhere else and put enough effort then we will only get money from there but if we gamble then like some money will come but there is a lot of chance of losing money. Once money comes and life is gone, no matter how hard we work, we can never change the financial situation. If you want to get out of poverty, you must work hard and make full use of your skills.
