Your aim is crystal clear, you are trying to get access to the Bitcoin wallet address that are not yours, you are a very dangerous person, and I advice people to stay the hell away from you, for a jr member that you are, you are too smart to be new to all this, you knew what you are doing, you don't look like a newbie at all, I am positive that you know about crypto wallets very well, you know the importance of a recovery seed so don't make it look like you lost the seeds.

If you have lost access to the recovery seed, then sorry, there is no help that anyone can render for you on this forum, no recovery seed, no access to your coins, that's if it belongs to you, but I am not buying your story, you sure look like an hacker.

For those who don't know, this guy is playing victim here, it's 2024, who still buy Bitcoin address with Bitcoin in them? There is a bigger motive behind this claims, do not pity such people in such situation, they are pretenrders.

Have a few BTC wallets , without passwords unfortunately…. Among others the 31K … darned , wish I had the password …
Anyway is there anyone here with tips , and I don’t mean password hashing , cause did that , been there …
Any tips regarding passwords would be nice ! Also have 4250 btc wallet , 1730 btc , 844 , 1225 , 109 844 , 26 etc etc etc …
Any information is appreciated !

Seems a made up stories so that you can see people suggestion regarding on wallet cracking things or anything that can help you to hack the wallets contains those balances. Its because if you really hold that huge balance for sure you will never forget the private key of your wallets since who's fool people would forget about the so important details of his wallet with a lot of money there for sure with that a person would be more careful to store on multiple offline items or places so that he can secure his funds.

I guess no one will help you with this since its like you want to do nasty things by to those wallet and no people want to be involve on those kind of activities.

Which wallet do you have those coins in. If you have the seed phrase of the wallet, you can import the seed phrase to a new wallet to access your wallet.

If you are using electrum wallet, create a new electrum wallet and import the old wallet seed phrase to the new one. If you don't have the seed phrase, it means that you will not have access to those bitcoin anymore, until you can get the password.

I think Op is just making up the stories to get the attention of some users whom he planned to scam with his 31k BTC scam agenda, his previous post has been all about information on how he can get a password for a lost wallet which i doubt to be true cause he can't be looking for his password when he can import his seed phrase to another wallet then get his coins but but no he's post shows that he's looking for something he didn't keep and he thinks the forum is the best place to get the information to continue his hacking jobs so i doubt if he's genuinely looking for anything good here.

I gave a look at your post history and you have been saying such things from a long time. I'm pretty sure that you're someone who got scammed by the ones who sell wallet.dat files and now you're trying your luck to scam someone else so you can recover the money that you have paid to that scammer.

For your kind information, this forum if not full of those members who are greedy or who trust strangers but it's a forum where all members have some sense and they don't just trust anyone without proper investigation. It's not an easy task to decrypt the password encrypted wallets so just don't waste your time and others time.

No idea why you would say this , not claiming to be a VICTIM …. just looking for answers and nothing more , or less ! Do not think I am scammed , and also don’t care …
Wallets are indeed available online and being sold and they are ALL abandoned !
Do not call me names , or scammer cause am actually also trying to locate the owners of these wallets !

Why do you think that you'll be able to locate the owners of those wallets? How are you sure that those wallets contain Bitcoin. If I'm not wrong then you have wallet.dat files of those wallets and from those wallet.dat files you can't really know how many bitcoins they contain.

How could you possibly know that who's the owner of such wallet.dat files and how can you locate them if you don't know who they are? I'm not bullying you and I don't really bully anyone but I smelled a kind of scam and that's why I said that. Are you sure you haven't been scammed by someone else who sold you those wallet.dat files?

It's obvious that you are looking for victims because I don't understand why someone like you will.have so much Bitcoin in numbers yet knows little about Bitcoin, you must really thought everyone in this forum forum are really daft and naive without understanding what Bitcoin is about. You are definitely lying or you are trolling for attention.

For your information, you don't need passwords on any of your Bitcoin, what you need is a private key to proetct them which must not be reveal to anyone or you just single house them in single seed phrase, that 12-24 words are enough to protect your bitcoin from the rest of the world and nobody must have access to them except you alone. You can tweak your seed phrase by adding additional passphrase just to make it unique incase your seed phrase is exposed to the public.

If you use a hardware that you use for daily transactions or most of the time, you can use password for that only but know that it's enough to protect your bitcoin because your seed phrase is the main protection, if it's compromised, the password to the hardware will not protect you.

With the .dat files came also possible password files with names of possible owners , so I tried to find them though FB and found a few , of which none replied back … so probably owners of these walllets are dead , missing , demented or whathaveyou…. Wallets haven’t been touched since , most of them , 2012 ….
What is the harm in finding the password and accessing these wallets if the owners are gone , in what way I don’t know , but hey ….
Not bragging , but I know myself , and a LoT of people would benefit from finding these passwords !

Let's even assume there's Bitcoin in the wallet and the seller gives you the seed prase, why is anybody buying a wallet? Why not just download a wallet and buy Bitcoins? Better still, why no just buy the coins from whoever wants to sell?
They are selling known locked Bitcoin Wallets convincing the buyers there is a hope to recover the Password.

We have some of the most knowledgeable people on the Bitcoin Talk forum and unless the Wallet owner knows at least part of the Password or how many characters the Password has, it is almost impossible if not impossible to crack the code even with the best computing power available today.

Otherwise most of the Bitcoin Talkers who lost their Password would of recovered it easily and we would know of a way to crack it.  Sad truth is there is pretty much no way of doing it if the dat file has a strong enough Password.

And I would assume that some body would not be stupid enough to sell a BILLION Dollar dat file for cheap before trying to get the best hackers in the world to try and do the job.  It would be utterly stupid to decide to sell it instead.

Anyway.  OP is just wasting time in false hopes unfortunately.

How am I looking for victims ?
Usually, people who engage in recovery of randomly found wallet.dat files, search for other victims to sell them to. If you bought such a file, and you've lost hope of recovery, then maybe you can convince a gullible newbie to buy it.

They are selling known locked Bitcoin Wallets convincing the buyers there is a hope to recover the Password.
They are not "known". You simply trust the word of the sellers. There is no way to verify the balance of the ever-recovered wallet, because the private keys and/or addresses are encrypted (if any).
