I didn't get the full gist, I still went to the main source and you guys said the same but I'm not satisfied with the information provided. The betting shop is just an agent which means they act as a medium between the betting platforms and the players. Now, the player won 36 games which I believe are sports games, nobody can cashout that game without the original betting sleep which must have been handed into the original player. The problem on this kind of issue is there’s no proof that the man indeed gave money to place bet to an agent because he let the agent bet for himself without any contract that will make their deal legally acknowledged.

Well, it can't be helped as the government or authorities don't have the rights or authority to punish those crypto casinos, which means they have no power in that field as they can't control or manipulate that thing. The challenges with Betting shop is that when you win a huge amount of money, the agent don't have such an amount with them until they make a call to the headquarter, submit the won ticket and they credit the agent to pay the gambler that won the amount. I think this is the place where the bet shop owner run away with th money, he used the gambler money to run out of the country, what was he even thinking? Well, he might have think while working as an agent for 5 years, he will never make up to that amount but this is pure stealing and should be brought to justice.
