As you already know people who referred others to the forum are not incentivized in anyway. I think one of the reasons they invite family and friends to the here is to learn more about cryptocurrency and how to protect their assets and I don't see anything wrong with that.

It is good to have mentioned about the forum but if no one is interested in the forum then introducing it will not be of any use. It is not possible to force someone to teach anything and you cannot force someone to depend on your own will. It goes without saying to be a part of the forum, you can teach them better about bitcoin and crypto by sharing your experience with them. This might just sound uninteresting but it is pointing at those who are in competitive manners of brining in persons into the forum without being properly oriented. Most of the persons brought into this forum never had the passion being here in the first place but some of us ignores how substantial their contributions and what their unwilling potentials to the forum would result to. To an extend, these unworthy persons being convinced in the forum leaves their forum accounts vacant flooding the forums with domant users accounts.

You may be right about those who easily abandon their accounts upon registration here and after posting for a while, you may also be wrong about them because you never can tell what circumstances they're faced with. Life happens to everyone of us. Some might come here with the mindset of learning but get derailed by the vicissitudes of life that may force them to abandon their accounts here. We never can tell until we know their issues. However, quite a good number of the cases shows that most of them run off when they find out they can't earn merit to rank up and get into campaigns. Many of them become bounty hunters who participated in scam campaigns and complaint they has been scammed or participated in worthless campaigns and complaint if they didn't get a good amount of reward like what the developer's promises.

Yeah rather than dishing out cash rewards, it's about making this forum a cool place to hang out. When you bring someone in and they vibe with the community and find useful stuff, it's like a win-win. Yeah and moreover for an old forum Bitcointalk has more than enough members.
If the admins wanted to monetize the forum they could earn substantial amounts, currently they host the forum without earning from users or companies and yet only users earn from advertising. So even for that, there's more than enough users. I wouldn't so easily invite someone here unless they have something good to offer. Otherwise I am almost certain they would find it hard to adapt to the community.

I believe aside from motivational profits, these people also want to learn and get educated about cryptocurrency not only because it’s the trend now but also if they decide to invest in the future, they’ll be aware already how to manage and succeeded those risk without enduring a lot of losses. And in terms of security and safeguarding their assets from group of scammers who are just waiting in the corner to look for new innocent victims.

Contrarily this is also how some of our bitcoineers convinces unwilling individuals to get into the Bitcoin industry and Invest their funds with an explanatory manner of just focusing at making incomes while they ignores to explain about the risks involved to them and at the end of it they are held responsible for misleading them to the lost of their funds while the Bitcoin industry becomes a fraudulent technology to them due their lack of being oriented about the basics potentials of the Bitcoin technology.
I don't know if these fellows who are desperate of brining people in to the platforms and in the Bitcoin industry are after of self recognition or whatever.

Your post is all over the place, those that want to become part of this forum or this market in general can do it if they want and they can choose how to use it, whether this becomes a daily routine or they leave after asking a few questions, that is their decision, and about those that bring people to this market, that is their decision too, in my case I do not speak about bitcoin with people on my real life anymore, as I know that if I do, they invest in it and they lose their money they will blame me for it, and I do not want that kind of drama on my life, and I am sure I am not the only one that eventually took that decision, so for the most part the ones which are trying to bring more people to this market in that way are influencers, people that no one should trust with their money.

I'd argue that depends entirely on the intent behind it.  There are certainly weaker justifications for convincing others to climb aboard, like speculation and greed.  It doesn't help if people are being mislead into thinking Bitcoin is something it isn't, like a get-rich-quick scheme.  But there are positive reasons to encourage the use of Bitcoin.  Privacy, security, freedom, etc.  If that's what people are joining for, then I'd call that a win.

But as for there supposedly being no benefit to bringing in new users, Network Effects should be considered.  As a general rule, utility grows with more participants.  That's largely true of both the Bitcoin network and the forum.  So, provided people are getting involved with healthy motivations, then it's a net gain for Bitcoin.

Plus, purely in regard to the forum, if people are going to get involved in this stuff, I'd say it's better they learn from either here or Bitcoin Stack Exchange.  Information from other sources may be less reliable, or prone to not being corrected if false.
