The thing is, after learning about what Bitcoin was, its history, certain events, and all, I realized that yes, Bitcoin is and was created as an alternative to fiat money, but it is also an asset. True long-term is the key to getting a lot of profit from bitcoin, but the thing is, if someone needs some money, or, let's say, they really need money because of energy, and the only money that person has is his holdings, because you've gained quite an amount in holding bitcoin, you can use some of the profit and do what you need to do. What I'm saying is that based on my experience holding bitcoin for a very long time, I frequently cash out some of the fraction of my holding because I really need it or I want to buy something. Do I regret that? No, because I'm making sure that I still have a huge amount of bitcoin holdings and am not stopping from investing. It's not bad to use your holdings, but don't dry them down or use them for very important occasions. Anyway, it's your own money; it's up to you how  you use it.

Its not really bad at all to decide selling a small portion of your bitcoin since that is your profit that you are willing to dispose and what's important there is you still have balance to use for holding since there's still good thing to happen with your investment.

No one would surely disagree with the idea selling a small portion of your profit since sometimes we can't avoid to do that especially if we need some extra cash and there's little balance available to pull out.
