Sweet Bonanza is pretty popular among the game of Pragmatic Play, I often see streamers playing this game longer than Wanted Dead or A Wild from Hacksaw provider.  Aside from that, I do not think the game's popularity affects how the maximum win is triggered.  It is random just like any casino slots game though I agree that the frequency of the triggering of a Max win depends on the game provider on how they setup the code for their slots game.

It's a popular game and I'm sure someone hit it already, so it was also recorded on their system and maybe those players didn't only bother of recording and sharing the link of their replay online, that is why we can't find anything when we searched it. On YouTube, there are some users who claim they hit the max win but after checking it and calculating the multi's, it wasn't really 21kx. It's fake and their intention is only to gain viewers and referrals.

Never on this game. AFAIK this is the only slot game that has no record of max win despite of being the most popular slot games. It shows how difficult to win on slot games compared to other games.

The weird thing is how it's one of the most played slots, it should at least have one max win until now, but no one has got it. If we compare it with the Wanted dead or a wild slot we will see how tons of users have got the x12500, but on that slot, we can have hundreds of dead spins.

If I'm not misunderstanding it, that information means that we can win more than that number (21,100x).
But lets say it is capped at 21,100x but there is no one who have ever hit even half of it (at least I have never saw it).

Well, you see, in terms of slot games, this king of gambling games depends on the probability, meaning there are many combinations in a slot game so getting the max win will be very difficult or nearly impossible because based on the probability computations there will be a lower chances of getting the max win combination, I don't know the exact way of computing that but imagine that scenario, so you are just wasting time if you think you can get the max win in a slot game because the probability is so low, year you do have a chance but consider the probability it is not worth to try, that's why I don't play slot games because I feel like I'm just wasting my money in my opinion, I'm more on card casino games because it involves my skills and critical thinking and it is more enjoyable if you have opponent.

Maybe we will see a max win video in Sweet Bonanza soon but not in the original Sweet Bonanza ofc, I just noticed Pragmatic released Sweet Bonanza 1000 and I think there is a bigger chance to hit max win in this new released game than the original one.
The 1000 version has 25,000x max win, and the max multiplier symbol during free spin is 1000x while the original one is 100x only.
I tried this new Sweet Bonanza 1000 with several bonus buys but still no luck, my best win is 3x from the bonus buy or 300x from the base bet.
