It appears that the Trump pump is going to begin again after his announcement that the presidential working group will be certainly moving forward for America's crypto strategic reserve which includes Solana, Ripple and Cardano.

"Trump season that what he called it" but then is this not the biggest fear of all coiners ? that bitcoin will get manipulated one day and here president trump seems to moving towards that.

Even though I feel negative towards this announcement it's still a big win for the crypto market generally having an administration that isn't against the crypto world but now a part of it is a good one.

Going by the content of the tweet attached to this post, it's obvious that XRP CEO isn't just lobbying to stop the Bitcoin strategic reserve plan that's already been made public by US president Donald Trump but also wants the most powerful man on the planet to rather turn to his attention to his own project XRP as the main digital asset to reserve which will definitely increase the value in the market. Some say Elon is the POTUS, while Trump is the VPOTUS. The tech entrepreneur is quite fond of crypto (particularly Dogecoin), so he will act in his own interests to help boost market prices in his favor. Investors will benefit from his moves too. At least, within the next 4 years.

Right now, market prices are falling because of Trump's tariffs. But I believe this is only temporary. Long-term speaking, Bitcoin should go higher in price. With Donald Trump himself proposing a crypto reserve made of BTC and a few alts, anything's possible. The question is: Are we ready for the huge "pump"?

IMO Trump only cares about making money. Whatever Ripple is paying him, it's working because he's willing to add their shiotcoin to the reserve and by doing this corrupt the whole project. We're talking about highly premined shitcoin where the supply is held by a private firm. I'm not saying Trump's decision to add Cardano and XRP to the crypto strategic reserve list is for personal interest. I believe it is something everyone should know, that Trump is someone who likes working on something that's of national interest in some way.
Both Cardano and XRP are from US citizens, not just a US citizen. XRP Ceo has worked with a lot of Banks, and I believe it is not new to every Bitcoiner that XRP mainly helps the centralized and institutional space.
Cardano Ceo, on the other hand, has helped some universities, Texas congressman Ron Paul, etc.

The Reserve will be capitalized with Bitcoin owned by the federal government that was forfeited as part of criminal or civil asset forfeiture proceedings. This means it will not cost taxpayers a dime.

It is estimated that the U.S. government owns about 200,000 bitcoin; however, there has never been a complete audit. The E.O. directs a full accounting of the federal government’s digital asset holdings.

The U.S. will not sell any bitcoin deposited into the Reserve. It will be kept as a store of value. The Reserve is like a digital Fort Knox for the cryptocurrency often called “digital gold.”

Premature sales of bitcoin have already cost U.S. taxpayers over $17 billion in lost value. Now the federal government will have a strategy to maximize the value of its holdings.

The Secretaries of Treasury and Commerce are authorized to develop budget-neutral strategies for acquiring additional bitcoin, provided that those strategies have no incremental costs on American taxpayers.

IN ADDITION, the Executive Order establishes a U.S. Digital Asset Stockpile, consisting of digital assets other than bitcoin forfeited in criminal or civil proceedings.

The government will not acquire additional assets for the Stockpile beyond those obtained through forfeiture proceedings.

The purpose of the Stockpile is responsible stewardship of the government’s digital assets under the Treasury Department.

PROMISES MADE, PROMISES KEPT

President Trump promised to create a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve and Digital Asset Stockpile. Those promises have been kept.

This Executive Order underscores President Trump’s commitment to making the U.S. the “crypto capital of the world.”
