I've never heard of it. Google tells me it's a hardware wallet, and it's still being sold.
If it follows any standards, you should be okay if you have the mnemonic seed. If all else fails, you can use the seed with Ian Coleman's Mnemonic Converter to recover the private keys, and import them into a wallet of your choice.

DO NOT enter your seed words on an online computer. Start an air-gapped system running from Linux Live DVD for this, so your keys can't get leaked online.

Are you referring to digital blade? It is the one that I saw online that is a hardware wallet.

According to my findings, this is the website of digital wallet: https://www.jubiter.com/. According to what I noticed, it would likely be a custodial wallet and not generating seed phrase for their customers. It was said that 97% of funds are kept in cold storage while 3% for trading just like custodial wallet providers and exchanges can say while holding people's coins.

This wallet/exchange has been closed since 2021. If OP has coins on the wallet, this is another lesson of not you coin if it is not your key. Send them email and see it would be helpful. You can see the link to them email on their website.

OP should give more information. The one I found was this one on Amazon.

That's an exchange, it could be OP confused the exchange for a wallet. If that's the case, this topic belongs in Legal as there is no technical solution.

according to this ---> https://bitcoinmerch.com/de/products/jubiter-cryptocurrency-wallet

Restoration

BIP32/BIP39/BIP44 compatible.
The recovery process is carried out completely offline.

BIP32/BIP39/BIP44 compatible So you can use ---> https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ (download the page and use it offline) to extract the private key and then import into a wallet like Electrum new wallet > Private keys > Sweep.

Although this is the first time I have heard of it, wallet design is very attractive. If it were open source, it would be better.

I think you are right. The site I mentioned is Jubiter while mentioned JuBiter. The name of the hardware wallet is called JuBiter Blade which can also be referred to as JuBiter which can easily be known from the capital letter 'B'. I think the OP is referring to the wallet that you posted about.

It is / was a clone / custom skin of the imkey wallet.

https://imkey.im/

So anything that works im with that should work with JuBiter.
Don't think they did anything special with it.

Thank you for everyone's input.

For more information on the rat nest I may have created when trying to straighten this out, is I acquired a Tangem Wallet and selected the 'Import' option using my seed phrases. This was done before posting here last night and I should have been completely clear about where I was at.

Once the card was set up, it showed a zero balance and the address on the card is not the same address that has btc on the old wallet.

In looking closer at Tangem I see other people posting who imported from other wallets having issues seeing their balance and some are pointing at Tangem only showing the first address in sequence along the derivation path for the blockchain.

I don't see multiple addresses on this wallet but I'm not certain.

At this point, I fear I tangled this up more than what it already was.

Any suggestions on what could be done from here?

You sure know how to pick your wallets, you went from one unknown wallet to another unknown wallet. Why don't you stick to the well known (and popular) ones?

Importing the seed should not have moved your funds. If the balance didn't show up, something else may be wrong. But (as long as the wallet can be trusted), your funds should still be there.

your problem is related to derivation path so that you are seeing different addresses for the same wallet seed.

Go to block explorer and check the addresses with balance, use ---> https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ to extract the private key for that address and import that private key to electrum. If you want to buy a hardware wallet try imkey, as @DaveF pointed out, or buy a passport wallet[1].

I would not say Tangem is unknown, it's just not that popular.

Mentioned here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5304483.0
Cards here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5144095.0
And this was a cool idea: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5472632.0

It also has the sort of advantage of being cheap. So if you are looking for a low cost option, I can see getting one.
I actually think I have a couple of them buried someplace.

What is best way to recover the BTC in the old wallet?
Jubiter was a hardware wallet and it is defunct now, but according to one review it should be compatible with any other BIP32/BIP39/BIP44 wallet if they used standard derivation paths.
If you already have seed phrase recovery phrase than t should be easy to import them to new hardware wallet, and I would always recommenf something that is open source.

Quote
BIP32/BIP39/BIP44 compliant. Restore wallet from any other wallet by using recovery phrases. The restoration process is entirely conducted offline.
https://coinworldstory.com/jubiter-wallet/

In looking closer at Tangem I see other people posting who imported from other wallets having issues seeing their balance and some are pointing at Tangem only showing the first address in sequence along the derivation path for the blockchain.
Don't use Tangem wallet that is closed source.
If you like card format I can recommend much better open source Satochip wallet.

Any suggestions on what could be done from here?
Try to find information about derivation paths Jubiter used, maybe from old Jubiter support team.
