Indeed, the price of Bitcoin is rallying and no one would have expected Bitcoin to eventually touch $64k this month itself and yeas there are possibilities it may touch $100k in next six month but only if this momentum continues else it would be a set back. I sense FOMO but yeah there might be really opportunity to earn more profits but should risk more than we can afford to lose.Even if you invest then set stop loss especially short term investors.

Sounds like FOMO. I don’t know if we will see bitcoin at 150k by the end of the year, no one can say that for sure. If you’re one easily swayed by price movements in bitcoin, you are likely to make the mistake of buying bitcoin at the top. It’s more profitable to buy bitcoin during the bear market than bullish seasons.

That's right, it's not a good idea to buy Bitcoin when there is a bull market but at the same time, there is a fear of missing and there is nothing you can do about that because if you stop yourself from buying and then you see how it goes up and up, that's psychologically hard to accept and handle.
I don't expect it to reach all-time high before halving, I don't know, that's just my prediction, I think that tradition will continue, so, it's not a smart idea to buy Bitcoin right now. I might be wrong but looks too risky.

Considering your post date I would say buying BTC at that time, you would be in profit by now as of today BTC touched $64k and that's not a normal target, but that's a very good target in my sight, and considering this target that BTC has achieved even before the halving is so bullish, and now I am getting more confidence that BTC might touch $150k. Many indicators have predicted BTC is going to touch $150k but I was not that convinced until now.

I doubt many people might have booked their profits by now and I was also urged to book some profit after seeing the market but I controlled my feelings and thought if I booked now I might make some mistakes in FOMO but I guess I should have booked some when BTC was around $64k as it went back to $59k.

Don't get too aggressive by looking at rising prices now because buying now could make you a fomo although that's fine if you want to do it.
This is a good increase because we are finally back at the point where we feel the price that had previously dropped to $15k and back again before the halving but to say whether it will be at $100k in 6 months I think is still a speculation that is a little difficult to believe because everyone has their own understanding and perspective in describing this.
The possibility can still happen but on the other hand the possibility of it not happening is still very much there so it depends on your own beliefs I guess.

Better not to overestimate and create a conservative prediction instead, FOMO is high up in the air right now due to how fast BTC has been going up. You can invest yea, but don't invest expecting BTC to go up all the time, especially in this period where BTC only goes up since whatever goes up, will go down. Wouldn't do you that well if you do indeed buy in and just lose money since you bought high and due to panic, sold low. I'm pretty familiar with it since I did it when it was my first time investing lmao.

I'd expect BTC to be up by $100k only on the following year. This year? We might go above the current ATH but I wouldn't expect anything past $100k.

From the question, I wonder what OP is still waiting for until this time, some of the things we've talked about here regarding things that will happen when Bitcoin starts increasing in the price is about to happen, it is way better to buy during the bear market than the bull market, now with the way that the price of Bitcoin has just increased, some investors will begin to FOMO in, whereas others will even be scared to buy at this point, and continue to wait to see if the price will go down for them to buy. Well, I'm done already. Just been holding right now waiting for the new ATH. For those who have not yet, better not to go with the FOMO. There is expected some correction, that will be our last chance. I'll be expecting too much optimism and increasing demand due to FOMO but we don't rush instead buy with caution.

Even though the price of Bitcoin is currently at $60k now, we can't still say $150k or $100k is possible this year. Maybe I was wrong but IMO, that is too far from happening. The way Bitcoin moved up today seemed very likely to break the 2021 market high of $69,000 to become the ATH high, but that is unlikely so far due to the market's sudden downtrend.
But the market is certainly likely to surpass the 2021 ATH high before the Bitcoin halving next April. Investing and holding in Bitcoin is a personal matter of investors, but even if this market gets multiple times in the future, it is unlikely to get a second time after the Bitcoin halving.

OK now things are getting interesting. In less than a day after I wrote this the $60k resistance was broken.
This is good news because it shows this momentum is not only very strong but also is getting stronger. Since now all the massive amount of money that has been waiting on the sidelines watching the market and waiting for a signal to jump in, is starting to jump in.

Maybe for the new investors this makes them interested. But I feel like I have a target, because I have experience. But I'm afraid the pattern will change. This means that BTC could reach ATH before the halving and that could fool us all because of different histories. Thats a bit high for an estimation why not we take it slowly as many speculated a wils bull run this year. Who knows if we reached to that level and many are also have different opinion on that. Its like were almost near the previous ATH but yet to see some movement from altcoins. Don't get too excited; the same thing happened with Doge a few years ago. Although we're now comparing Bitcoin with a meme coin, which isn't my point, I'm mostly focusing on the FOMO others already mentioned. Bitcoin seems to be on a rally; the price won't always be increasing; eventually, it'll come to a halt and go through a correction phase. I'm not saying that we won't surpass the previous ATH; we're already pretty close. I'm saying that this might not be the time to be so overwhelmed and rush to purchase Bitcoin because there's a high chance it'll fall back below $60,000 anytime soon.

If bitcoin will be on the same motion until the end of this year, it's just a matter of time until we see $150k. But, I'd be expecting to cross it first just to be sure next year so I wouldn't have any broken expectation. Most likely you should do the opposite since the market price is rising at this time you shouldn't really do some kind of big buy in my opinion because most likely when the market price continues to rise it is going to be a huge bubble, in the end, it is going to result for sure to a huge drop when it finally hits its limit, worst case scenario you're going to lose a huge amount of money due to the drop since your exporting for the market price to continue to skyrocket.

Still, it's not really going to be a bad thing to invest at this time, I mean you might probably make a profit as well, but investing at this time is going to be very risky compared when you are investing when the market price is around 20k$ - 25k$, that just means there will be a huge room for profit and the risk is much lower compared when investing right now around 60k$, when we hit the All time high there will be no guarantee at all that the market is just gonna continue to increases its price. The market is just so unpredictable the best thing to do right now is hold or continue doing DCA if your accumulating already.

Bitcoin is going higher and is a moment of pleasure of all bitcoin investors. I think no will know that when it will reach to 150k$ but everyone will assuming about the price in advance.

As the current price is 62k$ so I think no one was familiar that price will reach to such a good state in just three days but those who trust bitcoin hold bitcoin and are still holding because they know that price will one day attain the worth of 100k$.

I keep laughing at people who ask me if they should buy bitcoin today because they're literally buying the top, the all time high of bitcoin, where risk-reward ratio is far on the risk side.
Nobody cared about bitcoin when fear and greed index was at all time lows of 6. That was the time to buy bitcoin. Your last chance to get it relatively cheap was when ETFs were approved in January. People were still scared and did not understand what it meant for the asset, which is why not many people bought that correction to $38k. Sorry guys but at 62k it's a hit or miss. You will probably make profit if you buy now, but it will maybe be another 50% if we go to $100k this year. You had a chance to make an easy 40% in 1 month if you just bought the ETF dip and 200% in 1 year if you bought the FTX panic...
Next time, don't be ignorant and read what people here are trying to tell you.
