Your exchange rate is certainly very "attractive". At the average bitcoin rate of $65.186 (CoinGecko) you have an exchange rate of $62.858 (!). Isn't the exchange rate too low? Yes, I understand, convenient, no registration, no KYC, but isn't the fee for convenience too high? Also, would love to see your cryptocurrency reserves. For example, I want to exchange 1 BTC, how do I know you have sufficient amount to exchange? Or do you use a third party for the exchange?

1-Actually our fee is 2.55% and our provider's fee 0.45% which totals to 3% only
2- We don't keep nor preserve any Cryptocurrencies, we are a portal between you and our provider

What has fees got to do with it, I'm talking about the very low exchange rate you have. It's easier for me to go to an exchange without KYC, like MEXC (not an advertisement) and exchange my bitcoins there at a normal rate, instead of gifting an unknown service $3k for an exchange.

2- We don't keep nor preserve any Cryptocurrencies, we are a portal between you and our provider

That's what I assumed. Dare I ask who your provider is? Although I'm unlikely to get an answer to that question.

We have added a search bar in both the withdrawal and deposit drop down lists (Make sure to refresh the page for the new update)

Kudos for this quick response.

As for XMR, sometimes some of the coins will be unavailable for some period of time depending on many factors but you can check back later and XMR should be available.

XMR is currently a very popular currency, so it was strange that you don't have it.
I understand that you can't always offer some currencies, but you should emphasize that somewhere, because this is how I got the impression that you don't have XMR at all, and I probably wouldn't come back next time to check if there are any changes.

Usually when a person doesn't trust a service yet he/she doesn't deposit 3K right away, you should never do that unless you have established trust based on multiple transactions over the years.

Don't exchange all of your 3K, exchange as little as you can for a longer period of time to establish a trust between you and us.

As for the provider name, we shouldn't provide that name because anyone would contact them and be a competitor in the future.

*Update :
Please note that XMR coin will appear and disappear from time to time in our website within this week due to some technical difficulties, but starting next week it will be stable.

Thank you!

Quick update :
We have reactivated XMR in the website

It's nice to see that the platform is being improved.
Here is another suggestion. Since you are a relatively young service (at least I haven't heard of you until now), it is a bit presumptuous to speak for yourself about "One Of The Most Trusted Cryptocurrency Platforms." There are many other crypto exchanging platforms, which have been present for a long time and are very proven, so even they cannot give themselves the epithet of being one of the best. It will be up to the users to decide.

What about your reserves, do you have that information somewhere public?
Some of the "among the best" exchanges have a problem with a significantly higher demand for XMR than they have in reserves. I'm interested in how you manage orders if the request is greater than your reserves.

1- Done, The website has been updated and removed "One Of The Most Trusted Cryptocurrency Platforms." for now
2- We are resellers of an exchange that has been around for a very long time, our relationship with them is very strong and that's one of the reasons we have such a low fee compared to others because we have been doing business with them for a very long time ( we have other products and services )

Okay, I realized I'm not going to get an intelligible answer, it's useless to talk about it further. Good luck.

Keep calm and breathe some air, no need to get offensive Smiley

Regarding The 3k difference, you didn't provide any details :
1- How much are you trying to exchange?
2- What are the from/to coins?
3- What were the prices of these coins at that time?

the above are variables , they can change from coin to coin, amounts, time of the exchange, etc... so please do provide more details so we can help you rather than going back and forth.

No one is insulting you. But how do you talk to someone who doesn't even read the posts he's trying to respond to? I described in my first post the whole essence of my question, what is unclear. Re-read it again and more carefully here. Once again I repeat, I was talking about too undervalued rate when exchanging bitcoin. To make it clearer to you, here is a picture from your site.

And this is despite the fact that the bitcoin exchange rate is now $67,240 (according to CoinGecko). That's the ~$3k difference I was talking about.

I am not going to defend or accuse anyone, but a different exchange rate can be considered almost common with instant exchangers. The withdrawal fee and all other costs are probably included in that difference. It's around 5% or even less, you can use it, or look for a cheaper option.

Check other services on Bestchange, there are active and much more drastic examples.

Is the owner of RyptoBet.com and Jcryp.to exchange the same guy, or there are some other type of connection between this two websites?

Even on main page I can see the same telegram username @Ryptobet_Partners.
I don't know who this partners are, but if it's binance or other centralized exchanges than they can always seize coins at anytime.

1-We are the same owners of Ryptobet and JCrypto
2-We don't use Binance as an exchange, we use Binance's prices API only.

I would like to warn users of this SCAMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the user is advertising "No KYC" which is false because in the FAQ page he mentions an AML policy on top of that the user admitted to using a provider which is impossible to have a provider that wouldn't enforce KYC.

If the user is really honest he can share the name of the provider or clarify whether the "No KYC" is applied 100% of the time or not

The thread in itself is so self conflicting because one time he says 3% fee and another time he says 2% fee

Hello,

I would deeply recommend you to take a deep breath and read all the information you quoted again.

1- The website clearly says the following ( as you have quoted in your image ) :
"All of jCryp.to transactions are non-KYC, however, there are automated screeners behind the scenes to ensure that no criminal activity takes place on the platform. These screeners are managed by the exchanges we work with and are referred to as AML policies.

In the event a transaction is flagged as having criminal risk we would refund your funds to the address you deposited your funds from, we won't ask for any personal information from you, we won't ask for screenshots of the transaction you made.

If your deposit address can't receive any funds then you can contact us we will send it to any address you give us."

As it says : All of jCryp.to transactions are non-KYC , but if your transactions came from let's say a hack of a website or a hack of a wallet (basically a criminal act) and your wallet has been reported on the blockchain then we would refund your funds to the address you deposited your funds from because every other exchange would block your transaction.

2- As you have quoted in the images :
Our fees are 2.55% and the the provider's would take 0.45% which both of these 2 numbers (basic math) would lead to 3%.

I won't try to redirect the attention to your newly created account for the misleading post you made and what's behind the account creation and this post.

Either way if you have any question let us know and would be more than happy to help you.
