Don't trust this site their customer service is complete garbage.
They took my money and blocked withdrawals, then they outright locked my acount.

I complied with all their requests for "kyc", yet they never respond or do anything.

You should add some evidences to give some light in your complaint. Use the Scam Report Format to make your complaint valid. Send a PM to BC.Game Support, you will get some updates from him. BTW, I just tried to view your profile by using the user id, and it looks like you have wagered on the sportsbook only. Was your KYC verification successful? What was the last response from their support?

According to one recent complaint I saw, this seems true, though they promised to improve on their support

They took my money and blocked withdrawals, then they outright locked my acount.

I complied with all their requests for "kyc", yet they never respond or do anything.

You need to add more details into your scam accusation like screenshots, deposit transaction IDs, communication with support etc. if you want to build a strong case against them. Maybe their representative could also help you to follow up on the case.

would you mind giving more context to your complaint? I mean, what was the reason they gave when they blocked your withdrawal and blocked your account, also when did this happen? they usually say whether you broke a rule or are under suspicion when they do these things.

100% no. But BC game has been on fixing everything related to their support. They have been solving scam accusations on this forum, and everything has gone well so far. I am a participant in their signature campaign. But, I will have to speak the truth. All the scam accusations you see are not because BC games are shady casinos or trying to scam players. It's happening because of their live support.

BC game has been promising to have more professional support. However, I am unsure if they were able to fix those issues. Seeing scam accusations every few days/weeks because of their live support is something frustrating for their management. They should pay more attention hiring good live support agents.

BC game has been promising to have more professional support. However, I am unsure if they were able to fix those issues. Seeing scam accusations every few days/weeks because of their live support is something frustrating for their management. They should pay more attention hiring good live support agents.

The recent wave of unresolved issues [actually, currently there's only two, with this being the third one] is probably heavily influenced by the fact that they assigned a new staff to handle their support account. He's probably still trying to navigate through the system and familiarize himself with everything.

If I may let people into "a little secret", the staff that previously handle their account back in 2023 --and the one clearing the previous wave-- reached to me prior to tackling every issues, commiting to solve everything and asking my help on it. Of which I complied.

I gave him a brief summary of every cases, major points that need highlights, urging him and asking for follow ups when a reply was made or a new development arise, giving advices, and the likes. We are in constant communication for the entire duration, as well as briefly after. I notified him in person through Telegram DM whenever a new accusation raised and he promptly addresses it.

During these two new cases, I notified him about one of it and learned that they assigned a new staff to handle their support account, of whom I currently try to get his contact so I can do the same with what I did with the previous staff; quickly get in touch when new case arrive, or new development of the case that need their attention, etc.

Hopefully, when I get ahold of this person, everything will go smoothly as before.

And, before anyone can speculate as well as giving as small room for any misconception and malicious interpretation as possible, I did not take advantage from that situation at all. They offered me [several times, actually] some compensation for my time and contribution for the entire duration, of which I declined, since my interest was purely in seeing every cases resolved.

OP, I understand correctly that the chat with live support above was prior to you sending them KYC? In other words, you reached to their support, was asked to send an email, you send them email with details as instructed, and then --as a reply to that email-- they ask you for KYC? The silence for 4 days was after you submit a KYC?

Thanks for your detailed reply. But, I guess you are talking about Bc game Bitcointalk support account while I was talking about their live support chat on the website where users instantly ask questions. I believe their support has a head (manager) who handles all those support agents. I haven't heard that their support agent transferred the chat to another agent to handle cases. They could have a new guy on the team, and if the new guy does not understand what a user talking about, they can always transfer the chat to experienced support agents to handle the cases. Most cases come to Bitcointalk because they did not get help from their live support. I hope the BC game will fix everything again Smiley

Since you're not responding to my question for the detailed chronology, I can't be sure if I assume the situation correctly, but if we suppose that it is, that they're not giving you any news in 4 days after you submitted documents for KYC, that is actually quite normal, as they need time to verify your details.

I took my time to read all the communications here since it's still a page and I am happy for the OP that his case is being attended to by a trusted representative. Nonetheless, so far, I am just disheartened that an account can be locked without a viable reason for doing that. What if the guy is not privileged to know Bitcointalk, not to talk of complaining directly to the support here?

BC.Game should only work on itself for all these many complaints to stop. Nothing can be shortchanged for fairness in doing business.

However, it's worth giving the BC.Game's support here big Kudos for not telling lies like most would do. Most casinos always complain about multiple IPs and accounts as the reasons to block an account to keep the customer's money to themselves even without a single proof to the claim. For that sincerity alone, I give them, but henceforth, it's good to have a change for fairness to move the company forward.

No it isn't normal. I contacted support many times. I'm not losing more time with it. You have the instructions. I already sent too many emails and messages as you may know. You have the same withdraw instructions already told on your email.

Just transfer my funds and publish here in public the txid.

Since you're not responding to my question for the detailed chronology, I can't be sure if I assume the situation correctly, but if we suppose that it is, that they're not giving you any news in 4 days after you submitted documents for KYC, that is actually quite normal, as they need time to verify your details.

I believe the detailed chronology is no longer relevant. The fact remains that I completed the KYC process, yet my account was inexplicably locked with my funds inside. It has been well over four days, I assure you.
