I dont pay any close attention to new casinos designs, reason is that, majority of their designs are cooied from ofher casinos, but then when you look closely one will discover a few differences in the overall outlook and if the feature of the casino is unique and act in line with it rule and regulation that set them up, it be ok for me, and any time a new casino come to the forum we should try to look out for more important features to credit them for since design alone can not make a casino unique or becoming successful innthe market.
But then I tried to load this site but was having too many ads and blockage which made it loading difficult.

Yep. Seems like every new online casino these days is cut from the same generic mold.  I'm no stranger to well-designed and user-friendly UI, but jeez, so many of these sites feel stale and  it's like they follow the same bland blueprint - big buttons everywhere, flashy colors and graphics assaulting your eyes.  Almost feels like fast food joints trying to grab your attention. 

Part of me misses the good ol' days when youd come across a casino site with an actual theme or personality.  A pirate ship adventure or decked out like a sci-fi spaceship - something to make it pop! Now they only care about being efficient and easy to navigate so you can find your game faster.  I get it, but just feels so cookie-cutter today.

Maybe they don't want to gamble on new games which they don't know if it clicks to the people that's why maybe they stick on well known games so that they don't need to worry about game familiarity and the only thing they need to do know is to market their casino to people in this platform.

I think you are confused to understand between wagering requirement and max withdrawal allowed from the bonus.
There is no term for the welcome package bonus said that players need to wager 500%, the 500% is clearly mentioned for the max withdrawal amount not for the wagering requirement;.
It would be even more attractive if your understanding is true, because wagering requirement 500% means 5x only which can be said as the lowest wagering requirement for welcome bonus.
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 40x as clearly written in the terms which is standard wagering requirement for such bonus.
