The funny thing is that if you have 1000 people depositing in your account and playing, I highly doubt that there will be 100 people who will come away with profits, that's because in games of chance the house always wins, that's why I don't understand these restrictions on withdrawals, I also don't understand why They charge a fee on deposit. Probably due to the bankroll issue or rather they want to trap users money by limiting it so that they will never pay outside the range amount that they set. The deposit fee is understandable if they are pertaining to card deposit that automatically convert to crypto balance but this is insane if they will charge fee for crypto deposit.

Nice find on the maximum win limit because many user especially whale players will automatically trap their balance once they deposit above the withdrawal limit which is very small for a month max withdrawal limit. Overall this casino have a very shady ToS.

I still don’t play on Roobet but their bonus is awesome if you can wager it already on all games including live games. I understand exactly what you are trying to share here since I rarely claim bonus like this with x40 wagering requirements and only slot games available. Besides, you can use the bonus amount on this type of bonus which is hassle since you will need to use your bankroll alone to meet wagering requirements on SLOT games.

this part of their Terms and Conditions is almost the same carbon copy of Crashino's Terms and Conditions, I guess they hired the same professionals to write their ToS(that's what Crashino representative said, they hired experts to write their ToS).

here's the quote from Crashino's terms and conditions if anyone is curious about what am I talking about. if you read more of their ToS you'll see more similarities between the two. I am not accusing them or anything I just find it funny that their ToS are almost the same.

That's also not out of the ordinary. Many casinos restrict you to a list of slots you can use your free spins on. Sometimes it's from different providers, other times it's some or all games from specific providers. Generally, they won't let you play games with the highest RTPs.

to be honest, as long as it is not plagiarized I don't really think it is a big deal(at least for me) if different casinos are using the same terms and conditions but it is kind of off-putting and makes me think that they didn't care what is in their terms and conditions as long as they have one. also, at first glance, it'll make you think that the ToS has been plagiarized which isn't really a good look for the casino.
