The fact is that it will become more difficult in keeping track of time and and the amount you are use to or supposed to use because at that point of chasing your loss you are being controlled by emotion followed by drastic decisions it becomes devasting and you may loss again and again. you  just need to calm your mind take a break and probably see a better options before striking.

That's right, someone who chases losses will continue to lose in the end because they are too rash in making decisions and too hasty, so it makes them nervous and unable to digest information properly which leads them to bigger losses. The need for a gambler to be able to regulate their emotions is quite crucial, because if they cannot regulate their emotions and tend to be too aggressive in pursuing their losses, then in the end they will lose even more and make the situation worse.

We shouldn't came up on that situation since if we are encountering a losing streak that indicates that favor is not falling for us and if we decide to gamble more for sure there will be more disappointment and we just spend more just to chase up our losses so we should avoid to do that situation since we might do unnecessary action that can end up getting broke that's why its important for us to know the consequences then stay up on more realistic approach towards what we do on each gambling activity we made. It would be better to plan and limit your gambling. That way you can gamble responsibly and have a safety net, in case you lapse into a gambling rush. Or you can not gamble at all.

But if you plan it, you will have to own a large amount of self discipline.

My own personal plan is once a week at most and only with tiny amounts, capped to a max. amount.

That's a good point you made, "when we plan it, we have to be disciplined to execute it". From what I've seen from some of my friends, they do plan the amount they lose when they play, for example they shouldn't spend more than $10 at a time, but in reality they can't be disciplined and will instead allocate another $10 to play and hope that the money they lost before can come back to them, and not stop at the second $10, they can even repeat it until the fifth $10 is spent.

I think almost every week we get topic here how someone lost everything because casino cheated him/tried to play back/went all-in with his salary. It's always in the back of our minds all our previous losses, some gamblers go through the table or log in trying to recover all their previous losses, it's not bad to think that you can still recover all your previous losses, but it's not how it works you cannot recover all your previous losses with just one sitting, even if you're having a run of good luck there's still a risk of being tempted to bet everything thinking that you can recover everything you've loss because you're having a good luck, the house edge will eventually comes into play and you will lose everything.

I also believed the same thing, it is not right to gamble almost every day you have a slite chance and then lose the money you gamble, when you win it is, it is your money that was returned to yiu. Few gamblers don't lose more before the win, some lost bigger money compared to what they win. However when you want to gamble you shouldn't gamble because you want to win or make some profit, just gamble out of winning feelings, it will help in a way that even if you lose the money you won't feel bad about it.
