Most of the time, this kind of case is due to arbitrage bets or delayed bet(user take advantage on delay feed of the game). I’m not quite sure how casino will determine if the match is fixed while the match itself doesn’t have any issue officially.

User like this usually involves on shady practices. Casino like BC will not casually ban user for doing nothing especially if they already have the history of clearing their reputation due to multiple issue that tainted their reputation.

A large % of the users that come in this section screaming scam end up being found to have violated a sites ToS in some shape or form. They come in here on a newbie account screaming scam hoping that the site is pressured into paying them. Guess what? It doesn't work out for those users. BC Game reps probably won't answer either as they have already made a decision.

I was trying to get to that betting history, the one provided to me through DM was not the whole history, and as such I did not post it here [neither giving it a thorough look as it doesn't contribute anything to the case, and I don't want to be nosy]. As you've give your permission, I think BC.Game Support are more than welcome to provide it here by themselves.

As for your pending and available fund, whether it is withdrawable, to be honest, I don't think you can as they won't allow it. As OP said, you're in overall profit. In the situation where this case was proven to side with BC, where you're actually abusing them, much like other casinos, they'll confiscate the winning of those in overall profit to cover their loss from the abuses done to them by the player.

From the screenshot you provided, it shown as from 29th of February, this year, a couple of weeks ago, and not from last year. 29th of February only happened on a leap year, which the closest to an event occured last year will be this year, so it's safe to assume that email was not an old screenshot from last year. So I assumed you only reached to them recently.

From the screenshot you provided, it shown as from 29th of February, this year, a couple of weeks ago, and not from last year. 29th of February only happened on a leap year, which the closest to an event occured last year will be this year, so it's safe to assume that email was not an old screenshot from last year. So I assumed you only reached to them recently.

I was just torn between the two possible situation, whether [1] you send them an email asking about your situation only recently, of which I then wondered why now instead of back then or [2] they have an extraordinary patience to answer repetitive email asking about same thing over and over [no offense intended], as one or two casino will quite likely asked you to stop asking them the same thing over and over, that they'll reach you when and/or if they come to a decision.

Upon violation, when a user already in overall profit, casinos are frequently will not return the user's balance, it'll be used to cover their loses from the violation the user did. However, when what the user already withdrawn is less than what they deposited, the casino will return half or all of the fund to match this deposit [returning the original deposit] as they have no intention of robbing the said user's right of fund, only preventing them to do further abuse.

I have to say that, yes, it might point to something suspicious, but maybe they're trying to adhere to their user's privacy policy. I think [based from other thread] they're trying a new approach to protect their user's sensitive information as best as they can, although the evidence they have might be helpful for them to validate their decision.

Nonetheless, coming back to your situation, I gave it another spin and it came to my awareness that you're betting on minor league [as per BC's explanation] and it happened about one year ago. As such, even if they provide the betting history here, we might be unable to track the validity of their accusation --prohibited techniques, which I assume will be late betting, value betting, odds manipulation, arbing, and the likes-- due to the less-than-popular nature of the matches of which you placed your bets, that made it most likely hard to find the record to validate or invalidate their counter-accusation.

In the past, I and other members of the forum help invalidated a counter-accusation by a casino of late betting, but that's done on a major league, and within days of the match, of which we still need to find a way to get the record to match it with the accusation. I honestly don't think we can replicate the investigation with minor league, happened about a year ago.

As such, do you perhaps want to consider CG? They probably have more ways than what we have in our arsenal to check past matches and investigate the allegation. Not to mention that due to the nature of the evidence provided on CG --where sensitive info can be set as private, for the participating parties only-- BC probably more than willing to cooperate and provide your betting history.

After a thorough review in collaboration with our sports betting provider, we decided to close the player's account due to this activity. Despite the account closure, the player managed to achieve an overall profit.

I've sent another request to BC.Game Support (via PM) for the bet and transaction history, just to ensure clarity on my intentions.

Not sure if they allow to receive PM from newbies [nor if the sender got notified by forum's system if their PM gets bumped]. I'll advise you to post a complain on CG, not make a thread on their forum, as it'll contribute to a bigger possibility of your situation get resolved.

Once you submitted that complain, I'll try to urge their team to look into it and address it. Hopefully, you'll be able to get a resolution with this method.

If they do not allow messages from newbie, your PM will just bumped off. I'll try to notify them [in case I am right and they prefer to not accept messages from newbie], once you made your complaint on CG. As for how will it be different from creating another complaint on another plaform and the advantage of it, I've outlined on five posts above this one, on post #40.

Ahh, my apology, in the swamped state I am currently in, I forgot about the sports-related nature at CG. May I recommend AskGamblers? Far as I know, they mediates sports-related issues, and BC is on their list too. They might be able to mediate.

Did you got any answer from BC? Can they provide my bet history at least to me so I can share?

I'll try to suggest this when I get in touch with them, but won't it be better to get it done through AG first? Especially with the previous concern about validating a minor league game over a year ago.

OP, have you ever submitted your complaint to AG? I'm recently sweeping BC's page on AG and couldn't find your complaint anywhere. Or did you escalated it elsewhere?

I hope you can go back online and update us with your current situation. Your inactivity and/or the lack of supporting evidence on this case will force me to mark this as inactive/invalid
