Anyway, because of this they closed my account even though I'd a balance of £900 and they're refusing to pay out. I contacted casino guru but as Kineko are claiming it's a sports book issue even though I used their casino and sports book, it means casino guru can't help.

And please if you know you did anything wrong that might have resulted in them blocking your account then don't bother sending the pm. I saw a case of withdrawal delay in the past and he was able to help with the case that's why I'm also suggesting it.
