I guess you are just starting out because such a low prize is not likely to attract a lot of customers. People go crazy the bigger the potential prize, even if the probability of winning is much smaller.

With this kind of lottery/raffle where the prize pool is based on the total purchased tickets only, the consequences for people to see bigger prize is more expensive ticket's price, more tickets to be sold and maybe more time to wait until all tickets are purchased. Especially it is a new site so it will be really hard to gain trust from players to buy the tickets.

No information on the site about how the winners will be drawn, FAQ page is not working and other important pages like T&C are all written in Russian so I have no idea what is written in that pages. Anyway, lottery should be fair and the draw should be done using provably fair mechanism where all players can verify it. Otherwise, there will be too many doubts about the lottery.

But I do agree, $5 per lottery ticket is very huge amount for gamblers here. Not that we can't afford it, but new sites like yours, we will have to question your reputation. So I would suggest that you lower amount and let gamblers tested your site first.

Yeah right being anonymous is important that's why would agree if they have this kind of feature since there's no need to disclose anything else aside from what you have suggest. For sure there's a lot of people like that since majority want to have privacy especially that they don't want their name to be expose once they hit a win on their platform.

They should listen and change the minimum amount so that people would see that they listen to suggestion and what majority like to happen. They don't have any reputation yet so best for them if they are active listening and try to catch up the interest of people. $1 should be finr and for sure those people want to test their platform will not fine this so big especially if they are just curious to test out this new site.

we just checked the documentation links from two different countries, Russia and Estonia, and they work. i will look into this issue further and report back to you.
