However, I remembered telling you about the minimum ticket purchase which is way  high if there would be a possibility of reducing it you agreed to doing that but I checked, it is still same  and you wrote it out here.

I remembered also advising you about the write up on your website to effect corrections on your lottery website as you have said is a global one and it seems the advice proferred fell on deaf ears.

Lastly, I tried reading through your terms and conditions of service but could not do that even when I tried translating it to English, it failed to do so. What is the fate of non Russian speaking player's who would want to pick up your ticket but can not speak or read Russian language to understand the terms and conditions of service. Even when trying to translate it for easy reading one can not do so. Do you not think this would cause suspicion on your side? I would advise you do something about it.

1. yes you are right, at the time of writing your reply - the documentation was in russian, we translated everything into english, but we have switched the language to english right now. also when you go to our site, english became the first language.
2. in the process of testing the ticket price was different, 10$, 30$...at the moment, taking into account your arguments, we have reduced the ticket price to 5$.
We can't set the cost less than 5$ dollars, because the interest of the network at deposit and withdrawal can make the prize fund not interesting for our users.

It is nice you acknowledged the fact that you will have to make corrections in your website for good. I had to check again for myself to see if I can still read you terms and conditions of service so I can know what I am signing up for because I have interest in playing your crypto lottery but this case now is worse because the terms and conditions of service link seems broken and not loading. we just checked the documentation links from two different countries, Russia and Estonia, and they work. i will look into this issue further and report back to you.

I understand that you are trying to render quality service to the community which is a nice one for you and your lottery organisation I think you should know that this platform is a global platform and not for just some few alone. So putting others into consideration when doing things of this nature would go a long way. If I had not taken my time to read through your website and discovered this issue, it would have been like that which would have made prospective members to just ignore your website because they would not have been able to read through your T & C of service and again broken link to your T & C would have cast doubt on your lottery and cause a total avoidance by prospective players.

Does it still show an error for you? What error codes show up on your browser? Have you tried other Gitbook websites? It is weird since nothing wrong is happening on my end too. Have you tried using a different network, disabling your VPN, or anything that encrypts your internet request? I tried with multiple ISPs and it shows just fine, so there is a chance the fault lies on your end instead of their server.

I think the issue has been resolved because initially when I accessed the terms and conditions it was in written in a language foreign nationals can not read and understand so I had to call the attention of their representative here to look into it which I think they did and possibly an error came up which they  did not noticed.

I had to check again to for myself because I  am interested in the lottery game but this time the link possibly was not really loading anything but showing error. My mistake that I did not screenshot it as I did initially  when the terms and conditions was in a different language or readable and understandable by all. So I had to call the attention of the representative here again and they did well by attending to it immediately.

Lastly, I have not use VPN to access website in my country as there is no restrictions on gambling and lottery websites. I do access these websites with ease and comfort.
