Since you want to exchange low amount crypto to crypto, there are thousands of instant exchanges that enable you to do that without verifying the identity, and you can compare them using BESTCHANGE (link in my signature). Choose the wallet based on the reviews and the exchange rate.

For large amounts, making deals here may be good.

In Binance and Kucoin you deposit your USDT there and there is an option to convert it to other currencies without commission and you withdraw it

What I know is that he is probably trying to avoid withdrawal fees for that amount he is trying to exchange. I believe he wants the assets in an external address and not his exchange account.

For example, in Binance, withdrawal fee for;
1. BTC - 0.0002 (~$14)
2. ETH - 0.003 (~$12)

If you do not want to complete KYC, options of finding a suitable CEX will be limited, especially if you want to make exchange of more than 10K USD.
for small amounts (less than 1k) instant exchanges give you a better rate.

If you have 159 usdt why are you thinking of transferring to someone else. You can buy any crypto you need using Binance/Kucoin/Bybit/Exchange. Maybe no one will agree to give you the help you ask for. But if you use the exchange platform you can convert your USDT to Bitcoin Ethereum and other currencies in no time. Why not just use an instant exchange, like changenow.io or xchange.cx?

changenow.io has a long history of reports on the forum and some cases remain unresolved, so it is best to approach them with caution or avoid them.
xchange.cx is a new platform and there are alternatives to it.
