How to handle a non sense Red trust by "trusted" member?

I don't know why, but I have a negative trust on my profile by "trusted" user Prova123
Bitcoin expert only, not a mankind one
Completely non sense since, I am not a Bitcoin Expert and I have never deal with this user and moreover I have made several free give Aways/ donations to associations here in Italy using btc ...in any case trust should not used in thar way....
Funny parts: he/She/they has/have left tons of only positive trust to ALL italian Active members of the board... Excluding Just me....

Well, after this shock (and smiling too, ridicolous situation...) ...

I have sent a message asking details in DM, I have left a Red trust on his profile (I don't trust his judgement and the negative trust without sense Is a clear reason)

Someone include him in the trust list, it's why he currently become DT2.

You can distrust him, even though it needs 2 DT1 to kick him from DT.

To be honest I don't see any reason why Lillominato89 can include him, take a look with the feedback he sent. It's full of good boy, good person bla bla, this is an incorrect way of feedback usage.

If I was you, I don't leave a negative feedback like this on that account. It is like a revenge effort and I believe it won't lead to any way to resolve your negative feedback.

Sending a DM to that user is right and let's wait for his response. Meanwhile, remove your negative feedback on that account before you receive an answer from him.

I saw that user recently left many trust feedback on some accounts include yours but only your account got a negative one. Anyway, avoid to escalate it too quickly.

That you , I have noticed these massive positive trust sent by this user ... I would ask to Lillominato89 to act accordingly.
Its not the question "this user deserve to by in DT2" but more like "whats the sense to leave such negative trust"? Completely no sense... Who know me (also people in forum from real-life) know very well how its a stupid trust...

Just ignore it? If you are worried about not getting accepted to signature campaigns, don’t worry about it. Any sensible campaign manager checks trust ratings and ignore the bullshit ones so it is not going to make a difference. That guy who left you that neg trust rating should worry more imo because he shows that he doesn’t understand the trust rating system at all and sooner or later he will get booted out of dt.

Edit: that was fast, his rating isn’t showing anymore. He is already out of dt I guess.

Now, if he has written to me "Bitbollo is ugly and stinks" (that is also true) I would not have objected...is a fair judgement ...but after organizing several give aways in the Italian section and given donations to several associations here in Italy (I have used BTC and promoting here) this leaves me completely "shocked" and thats why I am asking suggestion on the issue.

It doesn't matter much, especially when overwhelmingly the account has way more positive trusts than negative.
The second reason is that if someone whose feedback counts is giving out wrong ratings, their feedback would not count for much longer. I can't see a negative rating on your profile now.

If reaching out to the user is unproductive, simply remove them from your trust list and forget about it.

I think the red trust has been removed from your profile and the issue is solved. Why don't you consider locking this thread as that would be much helpful.

It's good to see that you have taken first step in removing your feedback that's how a mature person would do, and I really appreciate that.

I suggest you to lock the thread in order to stop those extra posts which may not make much sense or may not be any way contributive. Thank you.
