The Hype for solana memecoin is recently on, Most new meme projects are currently created on solana Blockchain its profitable for now but as everyone know it wont last forever once the hype is gone people will begin to accumulate losses so its better to join the train now and make your own profits before the hype dries out .

It is also not good for the reputation of that ecosystem as meme coin hype is short lived and it doesn’t bring any utility so developer will think this is not a utility focused ecosystem. I am not sure how they are pumping all the new meme project in that ecosystem but i think its the solana team who are doing this to bring more funds to their ecosystem.

True. If we just see the charts of trending coins on dex, 90% of them run out of transaction volume in the first week. They are just one pump thing. It's easier to create a token and a website. The more novice looking the website the better it's considered in meme world. Have a 100% fair ICO, Put some liquidity in dex and get profit from selling dev coins. Only a few among the rest 10% actually survives for longer and it would require an exceptional luck to find gems like WIF and BOME.

But I previously heard that the Founder of Solan warned not to buy solana memcoins because it would choke the solana network if too many projects became carcasses and bad activity on memecoins, although this increased interest in Solana coins but he appealed to the entire community.
Yes, the point is not to overdo it and don't get your hopes up on memecoins, because of the several hundred memcoins that are created every day, there are only two or none that become a big profit, and don't hold it for long, unless you will think you are betting and think it is lost money that you will meet one day.

I rather think we are moving towards tokenization of assets.

The memecoins are much different to the nft hype. I like it much more. Got late into solana when it was already $100 (usually i am very early in projects). But i guess last bear i bought Dot instead lol...
 
Actually i found 8 wallets I had created for Solana, but somehow just never filled them. I already made $80k in 4 weeks on Solana just going again the market. The market goes in the HUGE projects everyone trusts. But early bitcoin and eth were not like that. So those who got a 100000x on Bitcoin and Ethereum they trusted EARLY projects not huge projects. They made UNSAFE INVESTMENTS. Not Safe ones. So right now I really like Solanaland on Solana they have great things planned and its the first crypto that buys up land (real, actual land).
