Like always, I missed on another good meme coin. Don't know how people find them early, gets so popular and instantly lists on Tier A exchanges. What I know in BOME is now in correction phase buying it now could be beneficial when it goes for the next pump. Bome has everything to become the next large meme coin and it's not even in Top 100 by marketcap at the moment.
The risk with meme coin is unless it becomes hugely popular like pepe or shiba Inu, it can be dumped to jump into a new flashy meme coin making the old coin disappear with lack of volume. The demand of meme coin is as a result of hype in n the market because of the money a lot of people make from it. And many people are forgetting that hype is not constant and these coins will fade with time.

MEME coins are risky, but they do yield profits and its pretty cheap so I think its natural that people flock towards it. There are alot of altcoins like this.

Though this statement is correct, but the risk associated with it are way too great compared to other alts that has a real use cases. It could be cheap, but the chances for most of the meme coin to succeed are almost nothing. I am confident to say that the hugest return that I've realised in my crypto activities was through the meme coins, and practically, I have the same belief in meme coins because the cryptocurrency industry itself is a virtual industry that is being made valuable due to people's money. For this, how are meme coins different from other coins linked with some projects? The reality of what we see now speaks volumes, and it was mainly the dominance of the likes of Dogecoin, Shib, Pepe, Floki and others initially, but when these meme coins were unable to live up to expectations after the last bull run coupled with the magnitude at which they dropped, it created fear in the minds of people, so they relaxed in them.

This is even as many meme coins created later did not perform up to expectations. This was a huge discouragement for people, but thanks to the upgrade and higher scalability in the Solala ecosystem, this did not only help Solana but also the projects listed in it. 2023? What revolution is that? Meme coins have made people millionaires just like cryptocurrencies in general have been making people millionaires since they became a thing. They have also ruined lives because it's just basic math that not everyone can turn millionaire. That money has to come from other investors. And those people will lose money if it crashes. This is why many people see crypto as ponzi scam, even though it wouldn't be. But the basic idea where the money comes from is similar in all the speculative markets. I am not a fans of memecoins,so no matter how hyped memecoins are in the cryptocurrency industry, I don't think that will make me invest in memecoins because memecoins are just fully based on luck, so I see it as a full gamble. The reason is that every year there are always thousands of memecoin projects they launch in the crypto industry, but only a very few have always survived and made some people millionaires, so other memecoin projects will become scams.
