Sure you can. But not because of this. Your PayPal account is still used in the transaction as we send a PayPal payment to you & you use that to purchase online.  Sorry it wasn't quite as good as you thought!  |

Keep in mind I think Paypal is reporting earnings now to the IRS (I don't remember the source of the info). This will look like an unreported income (if you don't report it). If you reported your earnings in bitcoins, then you may be able to discount this as already reported income. (IANAA)

Oh, right. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I don't, however, think this is too much of a worry unless you spend a large amount per year this way. But I'm certainly not an accountant, so take what I say with a grain of salt. |

How long does it take to transfer bitcoins to paypal through this service?
It takes a maximum of 12 hours as I am on Australian time and orders are processed manually at this time (in other words it takes a long time if I've just gone to sleep when you place your order, but otherwise it's generally pretty quick). |
