I experienced few weeks ago but I only refresh the browser and the account balance show. Today I see it happens again but like before, I refresh the browser and the account balance show as before. Maybe that is a glitch happens at that time but I don't see it again in my account.

It does not cause any fund loss but at least it can make users a little bit uncertain, someone can feel panic too, and if it is a bug, a glitch, and it is reported by users, the team will need to fix it. Fixing it will help Bitz.io to provide better experience for Bitz users and it's better than what the platform has now.

It's reason I reported this issue to Bitz team, and if I did not miss any post in this announcement thread, before me, there was no report on it. I would like to report one thing to Bitz team.

It seems that the site has a minor bug or a glitch with user account balance. To be clear, this issue did not exist weeks ago, and I only got it in my recent login sessions.

After logging in my account, I see my balance is empty. I thought something was wrong and I refreshed the page two times, then account balance shows accurately.

Again, previously this glitch did not exist so I think the team can take a look at it.

I think this is normal actually because It happens a lot with me. It could from the network or something so not really something to raise an alarm for, it happens with many online platforms.
