It will still be considered as multiple accounts in most casinos since their terms mentions that they do not allow more than one account from smae IP/Household. So it doesn't really matter if your brother, sister, father or friends sign up for a platform that you already use, both accounts will be considered as multiple accounts and the casinos have the rights to block both of your accounts according to their terms and conditions.
