Calling this a “vendetta” is convenient
Please note that these are the opinions of forum users who are simply observing your actions from the outside. Do you understand why this is happening? You came with one complaint, but without waiting for a positive resolution, you started searching for and weaving together a web of other grievances. Like you’re just looking for something to bitch about. Everyone understands that after losing such a huge amount of money, a person is ready to resort to any tricks in order to emerge victorious from the situation. And Bitz offered $5,000 for him, and he refused He thinks btiz should cover all his bets.... So convenient. I didn't expect bitz to offer anything.. I am impressed that a casino offered to cover part of his losses.

I got a mail earlier today from Bitz.io that i have a personal Bitz manager and she has prepared a special offer for me but i should send her a DM on telegram. I don't know how reliable this mail is because i don't like chatting a casino staffs off the site. But if i can get convincible response here then i can consider sending her a DM on telegram and find out the special offer she is talking about.

Careful, it's easy to fall for phishign websites nowadays... Check the email address that sent you this mail, don't click any weird links, don't share access tokens or anything. If it's a real offer, this personal manager will probably just credit something into your account (after asking for your user id or something). Just don't go logging in with any link she sents and do not share your password.

I am impressed that a casino offered to cover part of his losses. Bitz was so kind as to offer him such compensation. In this case, Bitz shouldn't be held responsible for the losses caused by a player who couldn't control himself and instead blamed the system for causing his losses, as he claimed. It's like shifting the responsibility to the casino, when he himself is wrong. If I were a representative of Bitz, I wouldn't care about people like this, because these types of people when they are compensated, they will ask for more.

That's what he is trying to do. His goal is to get back the money that he gambled away. His issue isn't that Bitz allowed him to play. It's that he lost. And because he lost, he wants his money back.
That’s pretty obvious. If he really cared about how the TOS wasn’t properly implemented, he could’ve acted on it earlier and called the casino’s attention not only when he lost money. What it looks like instead is spotting a loophole and using it against the casino only after losing, which honestly feels more like blackmail. Hopefully other casinos take note of scenarios like this, where a user suddenly questions the rules about who’s allowed to play only when things don’t go their way. I’ll stop here, but personally, I don’t support this kind of behavior.

If he really cared about how the TOS wasn’t properly implemented, he could’ve acted on it earlier and called the casino’s attention not only when he lost money.
Apparently, he did. He claims that he informed the customer support that he was from a banned territory after registering an account. However, if he followed the rules, he wasn't allowed to create an account in the first place. Now he wants to use that argument to get the money he fairly lost back. It's the same as his 'Responsible Gaming' argument. After signing up, he wanted his account blocked and (self) excluded. Why did he even sign up just to ask the casino to ban him? Because he wanted to gamble, and if it didn't go as he planned, he would claim to be an addict/from a restricted country/underaged/multiple account abuser... Take your pick.

No legitimate bonus offers or anything came from legit casino would ask log in credentials or they need to click something. This situation usually happen on phising emails sent by scammers.

It could be legit offer or not since the mail carries the identity of Bitz.io but i think scammers can impersonate through a phishing mail. I will just ignore the mail, if they truly have a special offer for me then they should notify me through the notification bar in my Bitz.io account.

If you take a screenshot of this "chain letter," maybe we can determine whether it's legitimate or a scam. Furthermore, if it's a scam, we could report the listed Telegram contact, who supposedly represents a certain bitz personal manager. I know that bitz does have a personal manager system, but more data is needed.

Nobody does and nobody wants to get caught doing it, but it's like a web, and to untie it, it will always be not enough info to do so properly, especially at a place where you are not obliged to tell every part of the story.

Yes, there's a lot of red flag on that kind of e-mail and I don't think that Bitz will directly reach out to someone and have a special offer. Although when I registered, it came for this email: < vip@bitzmail.io>. But still, we need to be very careful as they can impersonate that email with their sophisticated kind of attacks.

If you do not sure, you don't have to do any and waiting for the next emails. That is you can do to avoid scammers especially if you feel suspicious. You can asks to supports about the email address so you know if that is come from them or not. We needs to be careful and makes sure before we do something.
