Please I don't know if I'm the only one experiencing this on the Bitz casino. But since yesterday i noticed that I've being constantly logged out.  If I leave the casino for just 5 to 10 minutes and immediately I come back, I will have to login again instead remaining signed in, and it's still happening this morning, and seriously it's starting to feel frustrating.

I don't know if the problem is from my network or anything from my end. Probably if others are not experiencing the same issue then maybe it's from my end.  I just hope that @Bitz_Casino will look into this issue and sort it out, because having to log in every single time I leave and come back is becoming quite annoying.

It's not a huge work, but I don't understand why we can't keep our accounts logged in as long as we want. I think there might be a few things that need to be improved on the Bitz software side.

Yeah, that's true. Before you will have to login after 24hours or more, but right now it's even worse.
I don't know if you have been using the casino since yesterday till today, you'll notice that you have to login each time you leave the casino and come back. But right now I think things are back to normal, because am not experiencing that again.
And another thing I really want Bitz casino to work on is the loading speed. The casino takes quite a while to load, and that can also be frustrating.
Maybe with time things will improve.

Same applies, I also notice this because each time I wanted to open the platform, it prompt me to login afresh, despite that I have already selected always logged in button to keep me on, but maybe due to my occasional use of the platform, maybe I never noticed those that often open the casino more than twice in a day experienced this, I only gamble when I have a designated time I do so anytime I'm online, I have also bookmarked the homepage but we still have to log in afresh every time.

It really isn’t a big problem, and you could even say it provides security. But I think users should be able to change this setting whenever they want. I don’t know why Bitz hasn’t done anything about it, even though this has been discussed before.

I've seen these complains around several times and i am surprised how people get lazy to input their passwords again when it won't even take much time. Besides your details is already saved so with a tap you will easily log back in so I don't see it as much of a problem.

I think it's just a security feature by the casino to help safeguard your account, so no one can have access to your account when they hold your device. Yes this could be a technical issue but we should still see it as a positive instead of negative way. It's really not a big deal.

I've seen the same thing too so I don't think it's a one-off thing. It can get irritating after just a few hours to be prompted to log back in again, particularly if the remember me option is activated. Hopefully the Bitz team can look at the settings and check if the login persistence can be improved, or if it's even possible. It's not a big deal in itself, but anything that smooths out this little glitch, like the rest of the usability issues, will make for a much smoother experience overall.

Yeah, it's always the same vicious cycle for most gamblers here. There are days that we are very luck and winning from our loot.

But there are days that the opposite happens and we can also hope that it won't happen again and again as gamblers are also very competitive and as much as we know that we won win always, we want to continue to have a winning streak.
