Hi guys,

so bought a new miner, and my router gave it a IP address in VLAN10.
But, the software cant seem to find the miner!

The miner is connected directly to the router in the same VLAN as my access point. I am connected with my PC via the AP.

Any solution I can try?

Here is a thread[1] I found that may be of help. It is old, but could still be relevant.

It will always be relevant unless the networking industry undergoes some major fundamental changes which I highly doubt, the basics of networking has not changed for decades and will probably stay the same for decades to come.

What software are you talking about? you don't need software to access your miner, you just need to access it via HTTP using any browser you have available, also given that you use VLANs it means you know what you are doing, so I assume you made sure the miner has indeed acquired an IP and that you were able to ping it?

Have you tried to press the IP report button when trying to scan it with the software?

I don't know what software you use to scan your miner's IP but like the above said if the VLAN already assigns an IP why not use that IP to access the miner?
If it didn't work try to factory reset the miner by holding the reset button for 5 seconds then release but make sure to run it first for 2 minutes before applying this.

Sounds like there is a possibility the AP and Miner are in a separate VLAN from your PC.

Without knowing the IP scheme / subnetting of all 3 it's difficult to diagnose!
