People in general are excited by risk. Risk has great appeal. I remember one incident from childhood when, as schoolchildren, we walked along a narrow passage at a height. I guess the thrill from it excites me but that is not just the only reason, the other is the people I get to play with when gambling, what I mean about it is that I love card games like poker, the strategy each person comes up with when playing to outsmart the other people is what makes gambling a lot more exciting and fun.

There are two things why people gamble, the excitement and the potential profit, a lot of games are exciting to play, and you will come back again and again because of the thrill and the excitement and you will come back for more if you experience winning while feeling excited.

Every gambler has their favorite games that excite them, mine are Crash game, mine Sweeper, and of course dice games we cannot get over these games, and some gamblers' primary motives for gambling is the profit, although it's useless to think that way, they still believe that they can beat the house with diligent research.

what excites me the most is when my favorite team is playing and I will immediately bet on them. in the case of gambling in general, it does not provide any special effects, it is just a fun game.
but it's different when you become part of the fans and you will be very excited to follow the match and of course with the bets you can make. even though emotionally you will bet on the team we support. but the results still did not match our expectations. Sometimes the team we support wins, and vice versa.

In general I would say things that excite me are things that have an unknown factor in them.

That includes pretty much anything in the world, but things like meeting new people, or meeting a new way of doing things, etc.

Lol gambling excite every gambler irrespective of the motive behind it. If you are gambling to make more money, that it excitement for winning and likewise if you are gambling for fun. You literally can not takeaway excitement from gambling. Although, the excitement can come in many forms either during or after process. In my own case, I feel more excited when playing crash games especially aviator. The sound of the game and the movement of the plane and how it crashes gives one some lots of excitement despite that we are losing money in the process. In short, gambling is all about excitement.

It excites me when I am winning but while losing I can't say I am excited.

Nature of gambling is engaging which is what makes people to fell in love doing it and later they feel like getting addicted or actually got addicted to it which depends on how the individual manage their gambling urge.

Money is the obvious factor that motivates me to gamble but I have clear idea that I have less chances to make it which keeps me under the radar.

Yes for sure but it depends on what excites you as a gambler. Personally, it is the thrill and embracing the risk of losing. What excites me is the possibility of winning despite of being nervous regardless of the amount I placed as bet. Well, to some it would be sketchy; gets excited of the risk. But if you're a gambler then you'd understand it for sure. If it is with entertainment then I also have feelings of it but if I'm just after entertainment then I should have just watch sports matches and this is the deal breaker. If you gamble in sports betting and you're happened to be actually a fan of that sports, choosing your bias will be more exciting if there's bet into it simply because of the consequence of losing if it happened to be a wrong guess but a multiplier if it happens to be the right bet. Not to be a hypocrite, but of course profit will always be considered. However, your expectations of it would determine whether excitement will remain the same or will things turn to greed, which is what we should be avoiding  from this industry.

Have you ever seen how they are happy about one of the hobbies that they are passionate about or are their favorite? I don't think it's much different from someone whose hobby/addiction to gambling is not going beyond the limits of their pleasure.

My understanding is that gambling, winning is indeed one of the peak pleasure factors, but we see many young people today playing online games who don't get money, instead they spend money like: Mobile Legends games, Free Fire, Minecraft and many others, are they having fun to earn money, of course not.

So, I think there are many factors in a person that make them excited, I think it all depends on the individual's initial goal of gambling, sometimes pleasure is simple, not all money factors make someone happy, in fact small things can make them happy.

I've already felt more excited about gambling in the past and I try to not awake that excitement regards gambling these days anymore, because I feel like I shouldn't develop a gambling routine right now, due to having another financial schedules which comes first. To get excited about gambling right now would be noxious to me, because I would be betting with money I can't afford to lose, so better to not find any motivations on this activity for now.

That is just me personally, but if you are going to find a motivation for yourself to gamble, it should always consist on the fun you will have while playing. Of course you will also find fun on potential winnings, but that can't be the sole reason why you are gambling, because then there are high chances you will end frustrated when losing money, and tempted to continue playing in order to chase losses. That is something you have to avoid at all costs!

Well, sometimes it does make me excited, especially if it's early in the morning. A new day, a new hope for us to win in gambling. The energy is just so different when it is a new day. You have this overflowing confidence that you can win it all, and you are positive since it is a new day. But hours have passed, and I eventually feel anxious, especially if you frequently bet and you haven't gained any profit. You lose, then win, then lose, and win again. That kind of pattern is making me nervous. 

But I think getting excited about gambling doesn't make you addicted to it. Just like you said, you are just having fun since you enjoy gambling. You can be labeled as addicted to gambling if you cannot control yourself; even when losing, you still gamble. If you are gambling within your salary and know when to stop, then you are still fine and safe.

I don't know if I feel excited when I gamble, because I don't gamble often and I don't have an addiction to it. Whenever I think of gambling, my only intention is for fun and entertainment,
and sometimes it also occurs to me that I wish I would be lucky.

But I don't always feel that way when I gamble, to be honest. Maybe I get excited when I see that I won gambling. Well,  that's really exciting. Anyone can get excited, right?

Of course yes gambling excites me. Gambling gives me that joy when I am booking down a game. I feel like I am already a wealthy person, after looking at my slip I feel like I have already won that game. Only that alone gives me endless joy even when I know that I may not win the game.  Another thing that gives me motivation is testimonies of different people who won a huge sum of money. And those set of people where so patient until they break the record and tell their story of how they started and how they where able to endure to they hit the jackpot. First I'm a football lover, so I kinda find sports betting a bit fun, because I'm familiar with the game and the players. It's more interesting when you start winning your bets, it keeps you encouraged. You know there's is a different kind of feelings when you permutate different games and their possible outcome and at the end of the day it comes out exactly the way you predicted it, outside the the fact that you will get monetary rewards, it makes you feel like a super human at that moment.

We should be, we are spending or risking a lot of money, people are motivated to make money while enjoying, but for some people, their main goal is to make money and they don't want or forget to enjoy, this is where depression starts when you try hard to make money leaving excitement and entertainment behind.
It's ok to wish to make money from gambling as long as you understand that it takes luck to do that and there is no pattern or method to win in gambling.

In terms of motivation, it started with winning my bets, and now i've switched to the fun side and moved away from seriously winning because i've accepted the reality that I can't have a profitable betting record like the best tipsters. Once you step back from that winning mindset, you'll find other ways to get entertained and have fun.

it really makes me excited, but only at certain times, for example when the game goes according to my predictions. it doesn't always make me excited because i think that gambling is just a fad, it's not a reason for me to enjoy it completely. because i also believe that gambling is not always profitable, at some times it may not go according to what i want and that is what makes me sometimes not too excited.
