There are always things that we are passionate about doing, such as video games, football, basketball, and sports in general, meaning that everyone has something that excites them and makes them want to do.
Like others, I get very excited when I sit down, take my phone, and start my bets. This does not mean that I am addicted, but rather I find it more comfortable and I have more fun.

Does gambling excites you? What motivates you, winning or just the fun in it ?

Many times it is seen that when sports are shown on television, bets are made when many friends are together. Although this matter seems exciting to everyone, moreover at that time any person is excited to bet and then if he wins there is a lot of joy. Although it is not addictive to gambling but if you enjoy winning here then you must understand that you are very excited about gambling. I don't allow myself get that excited when booking my games I just want to get concentrated on the variables I need to determine each option I should be opting for as I make my predictions. I feel if I take in emotions or excitement with me while booking my games I might go on making wrong predictions without knowing and that could affect my chances of winning any bets.

For me gambling can be exciting when I really want to gamble based on any reason such as to get rid of boredom when I am in my spare time, I try to always use something according to what I need which means I come only to find entertainment to fill spare time full of boredom and not to earn.

Gambling has it exciting stage which when you win,note this wining can make you go for more that's why it is advisable for a gamble to know when to take a break, when we talk about passion I don't think people are passionate about gambling, what they call passion is addiction, you can say you have passion for smoke, that's insane if some make such statement, op you said you get excited once you start gambling with your phone, lets be realistic thats addiction in the making and you should watch it too because that can never be passion.

The excitement for me is actually conditional foe which if the condition isn't met i don't really get to be excited about gambling because i may not get to have the fun enough to actually get me to the State of excitement and that's why i did said it's conditional of which me winning is the most relatable condition for excitement for me. If I'm winning while gambling, i tend to actually get happy and excited about the fact that it was actually Lucky but if i loose i try not to get emotional because i make sure to not have any form of attachment with the games but I'm definitely not going to be excited for any reason at all.

I can actually get to gamble in my free time not because I'm hoping to get excited but because I see it as something I can do for leisure and probably get to see some extra cash on lucky days and other days I will just let go believing it's part of the game too.

I agree with you that one of the ways that can make us avoid bad possibilities such as experiencing a significant amount of loss in gambling is to first understand what gambling really is and how winning and losing works in it which this should be done from the beginning of the involvement because this understanding will be an important thing useful for you to be a basis for rational decision making. I agree with you but on the variation that for someone having gambling as source of income. It is not only those who have gambling as source of income that will be excited when they are winning. Naturally, winning is something good that will make someone happy because at the end of the day it means additional money has come into your pocket. So it is not because such person is an addict or plays as a source of income but that as a human being when something good is happening to you, you are going to be in a happy mood.

Of course, for me, gambling is for entertainment, most people might think that gambling is to make money. For me, winning or losing is normal because I don't use money that is not for daily needs.

Well, I wouldn’t have to dispute the fact that just picking up your phone to place a bet makes you happy regardless of whether you make a win or a loss but sincerely, I think the fun and excitement in gambling comes better when there is a win and as such, I don’t think just the act of placing a bet should excite you this much.

I like your approach a lot. It works really well. For me, exciting isn't so much in the game itself as it is in mastering it. Analyzing a situation,making a well informed bet it's like rising to a challenge. Good point you have mentioned because I have seen several people around me that who are very addicted person to gambling and always they get in to a large debt and interesting think is most of them I'll get over excited when they play gambling. I have seen many time they increasing their losing amount on slots games because of there over excitement at that time they can't control theirself and cross there limit on that time.

There are many people I know who do the same thing as well. They take loans and borrow money from here and there to gamble with and even though they know the money they are using has to be returned and isn't their own, they still don't gamble responsibly and as soon as they start losing, they get too excited and start making reckless bets mostly to recover the lost money but they eventually lose everything they have borrowed and then regret at the end.

Human nature is very confusing, a person wouldn't stop doing something that they know can have negative consequences and they regret it once it is done. When you already know doing a thing can cause you damage either physical, psychological, or financial, simply don't do it instead of doing it and regretting later.
